Breakfast and especially breakfast staff was great. Room was quiet and exceptionally clean. Check in was a breeze.

Water pressure in tub was unacceptable so I couldn’t bathe. My husband tried in the morning and it was fine. The pool and washers were out of service so that was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t stay again because I needed to wash a shirt and I had also wanted to do some laps. The pool closure was almost a deal breaker and when combined with the very slow to fill tub was a big negative.

Cleanliness and comfort

I had problem with card keys and the staff didn't seem to be able to do anything about it. They kept changing the cards, some worked with the room, others didn't, none opened the entrance to hotel which gets locked at night. I had to buzz everytime and wait till someone would open the door. They tried to change the card key and tested it and still didn't work. Another major problem with has very much discouraged me is that when I checked my credit card I saw that they had charged me twice for the room. I normally don't check my credit card and don't expect such grave mistakes. I contacted the hotel and it doesn't seem the hotel understands the problem to be as grave as I think it is. I can't trust them anymore.

Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was decent, facilities were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff worked very hard to service customers. We appreciated their positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Great location. We stayed 2 nights. One on either end of our stay in Colorado. We'll be back if the occasion arises.

I have no suggestions. It was great.

Love the friendliness of everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast preparers and servers. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a hotel. I was visiting a relative at St Andrews within walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat close by which was a plus. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning and were still treated cordially. We changed accommodations a couple of times without any problem or extra charges.

TV in the first room did not function.

Check in was friendly and super quick which was much appreciated as a very jet lagged couple! Our room and bed were very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet so we slept great. Breakfast was really good, and the lovely lady kept the whole area absolutely spotless and fully stocked. A great stay, nothing negative to say, highly recommended.

Water station near the pool is so awesome. You can refill your water bottles. Anytime reduces waste love it. The gym looked really nice… I didn’t use it, but I liked the equipment I saw on there spacious looked modern  Breakfast area clean, presentable comfortable  Front desk staff helpful and friendly  Convenience store near the front desk was nice fully stocked -24 hour coffee is amazing with delicious creamers. Rooms are very comfortable very spacious -loved that there was a mini fridge in our room .

I did not like the fact that the shampoo bottle was not refilled… I woke up early to take a shower and normally I bring my own shampoo but this time I forgot, and there was no shampoo. Very very annoyed by that. It takes a lot of shampoo for my hair and this is very disappointing.  The AC had a bunch of hair in the vents, so that was a little gross to see  I didn’t really care for the breakfast_

I liked everything the only thing that sucked is we had room 509 and from the begging it was extremely hard to get the water to turn off in bathtub but our 2nd night it wouldn’t turn off. We ended up having to get a new room but staff was super friendly and nice

The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. There is coffee available in the lobby which I was thankful for because it was much better than what comes out of those crappy little coffee makers you find in hotel rooms.

The shampoo/conditioner/soaps/lotion available in the room are heavily perfumed so if you're sensitive to that you'll want to bring or go buy your own stuff. I couldn't even stand the hand soap and just used my shampoo as hand soap.

Breakfast was great again, have stayed the last two times while in Aurora at this property, plan to stay again this summer.

Nothing was an issue, staff were great, I arrived late due to flight and waiting for baggage and called prior to and the front desk made sure I was taken care of.

It was very nice, our room was great the bathroom was nice and spacious.

We were just bummed the pool was under maintenance but other than that we have no complaints!!
