I like the glass elevators and being able to look down and see everything. I like the water ponds in the lobby.

I didn’t like that my door to my room was messed up and I had to keep adjusting it to be able to get in and out. I didn’t like the breakfast. I do not like the shower. I didn’t like that I asked for toothpaste and housekeeping didn’t have any.

My stay was to celebrate New Year 2023 with my 8 year old grandson and my husband. I was impressed with the indoor pool and the rooms having inside balconies. My first encounter was with Front Desk Agent, CORTEZ who was FANTASTIC in greeting me when I arrived to check-in. His personality is just what this establishment needs- Inviting! Also HAILEY in Housekeeping was so awesome and accommodating. My grandson was allergic to the feathered pillows and I called to put in a request for foam-filled and she brought them right up and asked if there was anything else she could do to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. She was a jewel and I hope these two are recognized in a very Special way.

My grandson needed to take a shower after his swim and the tub was dirty plus the faucet was broken, it would not turn in either direction to turn the shower on. I called down to have Engineering dispatched and a gentleman came thirty minutes later. He tried to turn the knob and it didn’t budge, so he finally disassembled the piece and discovered it had a broken piece in it. He had the new part in a plastic package and repaired the faucet.

The facilities were great- across from gym. Good location for snack and entertainment. Staff was helpful in answering questions. Good place for parking to leave for out of town with transportation to and from hotel.

All services were excellent and I will stay here whenever I come back to St. Louis. Desk staff especially Mary, shuttle driver, bartender, cook, housekeeping were all superb. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love this facility,,. The black lady that serve in the down stairs bar area… she has an accent, she was very unfriendly and in professional…

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on it and I paid for 4 breakfast but had to ask for the buffet passes

The breakfast was convenient and the food was good. The hotel was in a good location relative to restaurants and stores.

The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive. Good thing it wasn't a cold day.

The whole vibe was great!

Pool hours were a joke... And trying to get in to use it wasn't easy, issue with the gate. No hot water the first night at all. Room could've used a little TLC. There was a huge stain on the carpet right when you entered. And the metal cover on the wall coming off.

We loved the whole hotel it was fabulous. The room was great. Everything was perfect.

The fact is that it was cold, and we really couldn't enjoy the balcony that much.

very clean establishment. management reached out prior and made my stay even more comfortable. front desk staff were amazing dealing with an issue with the ticket printers from parking (there was a ticket jam that held you up from leaving the parking area) and instead of blaming and pointing of fingers like you see at other establishments they ( front desk staff) were first were apologetic with the issue an secondly empathetic because there was a line of people who had to come back inside to get the issue resolved. I will make this a favorite place to stay when I come back to St. Louis. Thank you kindly for making my stay comfortable.

not to say that I didn’t like this… there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel. the indoor pool mixed with what seemed like youth sport teams staying at the facility combined for a difficult navigation through the lobby…but they are kids and that’s what they do so not a big problem with me ( I have a child). there was security ( which was dope to see them moving around and such) at all times in the evening while the kids were in the lobby having fun…but again it is kids and that’s what they do so not a big issue but I did find alternate entries and exits that exist that I didn’t have to come through the lobby much so BOOM😃
