The young female staff who attended to me during check out early in the morning of Tuesday May 20. She was courteous, willing to assist and very professional

It seems the cleaning staff and their supervisor looked for a way not to do their job. I was told cleaning would be every other day. But even on days cleaning was due, they were either in a rush or looked for an excuse to avoid the work. The male staff (appears like a supervisor) always seemed moody and looked like he was being bothered. I wasn't sure if it was language related or attitudinal

Location was fine. Right off the highway so easy transition to continue traveling. Place was clean. The breakfast was like other reviews. Hit and miss. No one restocked when product was out. A little let down but expected after seeing reviews. Beds were good for me. Clean rooms. They did accommodate us having requested ground floor for my family health issues.

I didn't understand why the bill was different from the emails I got from both booking.com and from the hotel. Only a couple dollars different but still different from what I was quoted . When asked why the difference I was not given a direct reason. I guess to get me to give up trying since it was just a couple dollars. Which I did give up and walk away. So I mentioned it in the review.

Very clean. Staff was super. Beds were comfortable. Location was around a lot of restaurants and Walmart behind the hotel. My son said they had the best coffee

Water pressure in shower was not so great. A/C made room comfortable but wanted a little colder. Breakfast was very basic. Only thing hot wa the pancakes. Rest was yogurt, wrapped donuts and cereal. No sugar free creamer and beside regular sugar was only sweet and low so I didn’t get a cup of coffee

The room was clean and large. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants and highway.

The common areas such as the lobby and hallway were not air conditioned, but the room itself was cool and I could adjust the unit as I wanted. Although it didn’t bother me because I like to exercise, there was no elevator. For those who have trouble walking up stairs (especially with luggage) should make sure they have a first floor room.

staff accommodating friendly, willing to help you out. convenient location plus much to eat around Emerson, extremely clean, constantly. very quiet. would like more variety @ breakfast but good what was available. my bill still reflects security deposits which need to be straightened out. would recommend & stay again

The renovations were nice. The rooms were comfortable, the TV was very large, the fridge was cold, the microwave was ok, bathroom in the handicapped accessible room was good, and there was breakfast. There was cereal, eggs, a pancake maker, and when they ran out of milk or bagels, the man was at the desk to get more from the back. The lot leads directly to the Lowe’s and WalMart lots.

The handicapped parking spots were not directly adjacent to the building, but they were still rebuilding the entrance walkway, so I hope they consider moving the spots closer.

Beds were very comfortable and sheets were very soft. Soft water felt really good on my skin.

I wasn't happy with the awkward way to get into the parking lot. You have to fight traffic coming out of Walmart and hope someone will let you in . Not to mention the tiny sign to show the drive was hidden behind the traffic.

I really appreciated how they got me a room on such short notice because it looked like the hotelnwas almost at capacity. They had mentioned a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which I ended up skipping, but it looked like a good spread.

I didn't dislike anything. It was a safe, comfortable space

It was very affordable and within 10 minutes of downtown Indy.

It is very dated and gives motel vibes. Random messed up paint on the walls, shower head not seated properly to the wall, small issues that you wouldn’t find at a more expensive place.

We were only looking for a place to sleep for the night and the breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was ok. We did not connect to the Wifi.

It was all good for the price value. But it was a bit strange that it was located in the parking lot between Lowes and WalMart.
