This is the one If coming to Tbilisi, for sure. We were accomodated very well and we could relax after many hours of travelling. The room was a bit dissapointing in terms of the sunlight, it was dark and the hotel is a skyscraper but maybe bc we were facing another twin tower. Anyway, the rest of our staying was delightful. We enjoyed 24/7 room service, the privacy of the room as we had only 2 neighbours and the restaurant on the last floor, which I recommend. The room had SUCH A COMFY bed, we could stay in all day long and total blackout curtains, there was no a pitch of sunlight. We slept so good. No mini bar which is a downside but, oh whatever. Gym was one of the best I’ve seen as a part of hotel, don’t miss it and the spa is vast and full of choices to relax. Very clean and comfortable, location is very good maybe a bit far from the city center but the area where the hotel is - it is one od the most popular and beautiful areas of Tbilisi. In the nearby there is a small shopping center with a market open 24/7 which was helpful.

Everything was nice! Beautiful view from 35th floor and excellent location. Staff is super friendly and we would definitely come back again! Vladimir from reception was a very good Georgian tourist ambassador and told to us interesting info about Georgian culture. We enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi at this hotel. Spa area and fitness also very good! We tried restaurant on top floor which was also very good.

There was only one thing - during second day there was a weird smell from bathroom sink, which we suspected was gassy smell like sewer 🕳️ But hotel tried to fix this and hopefully it is fine next time.

Everything was great , bilingual stuff on the reception, breakfast , the hygiene in the room and wonderful view to the city from the room

Enjoyed everything, except of one case . The woman from cleaning service entered the room while I was sleeping and started cleaning . When I woke up , she said “just give me 5 minutes please”. Not the best start of the morning hahahah Not considering this case , everything was perfect . One of the best hotels I ever stayed :)

Pullman Tbilisi is a luxurious hotel with incredible hospitality. The staff surprised us with cake and champagne delivered to our room to celebrate a birthday! They also catered for an extra bed, provided us with additional room cards, and housekeeping also delivered us a nice vase to place our flowers in. The swimming pool and jacuzzi at this hotel are great, and the pool temperature is well adjusted, and the pool is open until 23:00. The design of entire wellness floor is excellent and very aesthetic. The elevator also takes you directly to a shopping centre on floor (-1) which was very convenient. The view of Tbilisi from our room was amazing and our experience here was unforgettable!

Breakfast was good but almost the same items every day. I have stayed in other five star hotels as well, all of them looks to me the same. I stayed in this hotel for the first time almost around 7 days. I have read the reviews before I have opted for the hotel many of the reviews were not that great. But for some reason my mind was ready to go for Pullman and I did not change that option at all. I was not comfortable with my room allocation for the first night, I have approached Giorgi one of the staff, he and Shota (Manager or another staff) both together showed me a different room which I feel so comfortable and opted for that. I would love to say I had the same feeling as I was staying at my home itself. Every day my room was cleaned, towels changed, special thanks to the cleaning staff, so nice of them, please keep it up. I did not feel anything discomfortable during my one week stay at the hotel. Definitely, I will choose the same hotel when I am back next time to Tbilisi. Thank you all for the good work, much appreciated!

The only one place in Tbilisi with highest standards and reasonable price. View from top floors is breathtaking. I have lived in many hotels in Tbilisi, all of them were not satisfying, except Pullman. Restaurant is not bad, food is acceptable, you will hardly find tastier food in Tbilisi. Location is at Vake - fashionable street of Tbilisi.

By the standards of this city this is the best hotel. But if I compare with Dubai hotels, it won't win the competition.

Very beautiful and cute hotel. Kind and friendly staff, from the reception to the restaurant and bar. Sky Bar is simply excellent with delicious cocktails, snacks and rolls. In the room we were pleasantly surprised by the complement of wine and sweets.

During breakfast there are queues for scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. There is no pre-prepared food on hand; you have to wait a long time. Apart from various types of porridge, there is basically no hot food. They wanted to clean our room at 18:00, after we returned, although the room was empty all day and the “Please clean the room” sign was on.

The hotel is located in what is known to be Axis Towers. It has amazing views on the whole city and the breakfast view is just awesome. The breakfast was well diversified although some more quality can be brought to the pastries and the coffee. Hotel served is early breakfast in the room for Ramadan period and it was a kind gesture despite some initial misunderstanding. The hotel apologized for that and sent a gift to the room which was well appreciated. There is a mall nearby which allows for buying groceries and there many restaurants in the area. The Hotel is 3 to 4km away from downtown- Old Tbilisi.

The area is congested so if you order cars, always take into account the traffic jam. Otherwise, some more quality to the breakfast as specified already.

Not my first time here, it’s my fav hotel in Tbilisi. Amazing rooms with views. Amazing terrace, jacuzzi & gym Area is my fav in Tbilisi with everything you need is walking distance. Breakfast at the restaurant is amazing.

Receptionists can be more friendly.. they are all professional and polite indeed, but many of them are lacking the hospitality friendliness that you experience in other countries. Shower rooms need more proper cleaning . Not all rooms come with the bidet for toilets.
