The room was excellent. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was the heating system was difficult to work with it did not seem to be able to set the temperature. The parking was good but a bit pricey at $20 per night. the breakfast ranks among the best I have ever seen and rivals Hilton and Marriot. Location is out o0f the city but literally right next to a subway station where you can go anywhere you want in the city without a car. Yes we needed to car to go to Austria. traffic to and from airport not too bad. The room has concrete floors basically to keep cost down but they were immaculate, very clean and comfortable.

cost of parking at $20. Room temperature controls did not seem to work although the room was comfortable.

The hotel was clean very convenient Subway right outside the hotel the front desk staff was also very friendly and gave us directions how to get to where we wanted to do by printing out directions from the computer and the breakfast was good.

Even though the breakfast was really nice they should have been a change off menu everyday we had the same thing for our whole stay which really didn't make sense. And when we asked customer service for extra pillows they said they had no more pillows which really also I can't believe that all hotels have no extra pillows.

The smile and kindness of the receptionist from the moment you enter the hotel. And so it was until the end of the three-day stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Our four-bed room was pleasant and positive for the whole family. Breakfast very good. Even if there was a big crowd, the food was regularly replenished and the staff promptly cleaned up the leftovers of food and dishes after the guests had dined. The location is spectacular. The U3 metro station is 15 meters in front of the hotel and the "Olympiapark" complex is a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

It is not clear to me how a hotel like this can allow itself to get upset over a small thing, which turned into a real "hate". During our three-day stay, we spoke to the receptionist several times and each time received the same answer, saying that the broken hair dryer would be replaced. You know that feeling when you come back from a tour of the city and enter the restroom, to try a new, working hair dryer...and nothing! The thought of Hotel H2 and the receptionists who nod their heads and announce that the master is coming is a bit unpleasant for me. Why are you lying? Not serious. I regret the loss of my time and my children's time, while we were waiting for the hair to dry...

Hotel is new and modern, conveniently located literally steps from U-bahn entrance, so even though it's a bit further from city center, it's not a problem at all and really good value for the price compared to more central accommodations, which are much more expensive. Also, great view from upper floors. Very welcoming and polite staff, on check-in they offered to change our room from 1st floor to the 19th, which we loved. Free chocolates is a nice touch as well. Breakfast is ok for not more than a couple nights, because it's exactly the same every day, no change at all, and the selection is not very large, so it was a bit disappointing. Also, the bunk beds are not comfortable. Besides that no complains, overall it's a convenient economy class accommodation for a short city visit for a very fair price.

The breakfast was really good. There are so many options! Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 4 of us in the room. The bunk bed mattresses seemed good. The couch was converted into a bed and it was a little hard to sleep on. One of us slept on a cot that was soft but very noisy when you moved. The bathroom and shower were great! There is a metro right outside the building, but we rented a car. There is free parking available but only if you are parking overnight and are waking up early to go out the next day. I think 7am is when the timed parking started so we made a plan to be up and out by then when we parked in that area. We parked for free one night there, but we wanted to sleep in the next day so we paid for parking that the hotel has the next night. Their parking garage is great and very convenient. Loved the location. There is a mall close by and lots of places to eat.

Hotel is located not far from the higway and outside of Umwelt zone, so you dont need umwelt-plakette to arrive by car. U-bahn station is directly in front of the hotel and it takes only about 20 minutes to reach centrum. BMW Welt is within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfest was wery good and you can also have simple dinner (pizza, etc.) in the evening.

Altough floating bunk beds looks good and are smart solution for family room, missing vertical corner beam was challenging for kids wits same height as bunk bed because they often overlooked corner of the top bed and hit it with their head. Solved with cloth hanging from the corner of the bunk bed.

Location! Walk out of the hotel and directly into the Oberwiesenfeld stop on the U3 - without crossing a street! Cleanliness! The room didn't have carpeting, so you could see the floor was clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Room organization! The WC and shower were in separate rooms - perfect for a family of 4 to keep things private. There was ample space under the beds for storage. There are no drawers, but plenty of shelf space. Bunk beds - kids enjoyed having their own beds. Each bunk bed had its own lamp and electrical outlet. Food! Good breakfast. Many coffee and food stations made for minimal wait times. Not a huge variety, but good choices. Café was open all day with good prices. Employees! Clerks spoke English well and were helpful with luggage storage and taxi assistance. Each piece of stored luggage was tagged individually, ensuring your luggage would not be accidentally taken or missed. The duvets on the beds were nice and fluffy.

The mattresses were hard, the pillows were flat and only 1 per bed, and I hit my head on the corner of a bunk bed. If there had been a topper on the beds, better pillows, and some bumpers on the corners of the beds the stay would have been perfect!

The hotel had a U-bahn station right outside, and was only 10 minutes from central Munich. There was onsite underground parking, which was useful for me. It was easily accessible by car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous, bed and room were comfortable and the shower was great.

There were large tour groups staying in the hotel, who came back late and made a lot of noise in the corridors, enough to wake me up on one occasion. That was the only downside to this otherwise perfect hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the BMW Museum, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel was very beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The separate shower and toilet were a practical touch. Breakfast was good, but the coffee came in a very small portion. In the evening, the bar was open, where you could choose drinks from the self-service fridges and pay at the counter, which was a nice touch. There were quite a few guests in the evening, creating a lively atmosphere, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful! Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would recommend it.

The only thing missing was a small fridge, but overall, the room was great.

We are a family of four and we stayed three nights. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. Towels were also changed everyday but that wasn't necessary, The location was excellent and the U-Bahn entrance (Oberwiesenfeld) was literally right outside the hotel. Hotel breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was bright, clean and large with plenty of seating. There was a large variety and selection to satisfy just about all dietary needs and the staff quickly kept everything well "stocked", and also quickly cleaned out dishes and tables for the next guest. It was certainly a well run team. The breakfast hours would suit the early risers and the sleepy heads! Gordana(?) was super helpful and patient at check-in and when I needed some documents printed. In the middle of our stay, both room key cards would no longer open the door and the front desk quickly provided me another card. The entire staff from check-in to check-out, housekeeping and the breakfast team were great.

We were four and the room had two bunk beds. I would say the design of the upper bunks can be a safety issue. Ergonomically, better hand holds would help get to the upper bunk. Also the very first thing I noticed when I entered the room was the corner of the upper bunk that stuck out into to room - this was a head banging accident waiting to happen specially unfamiliar with a new hotel room, and of course we hit that corner at least four times. Although subjective most of our family found the pillows too soft - we had to fold it in half to get some semblance of support.
