A lovely hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful. The room, although a little smaller than we expected, was very comfortable. The shower was exceptional. Breakfast is included in the cost of the hotel and this was a buffet style for the cold selection with a choice menu for the hot breakfast. It was necessary to book a time for breakfast as there is limited room within the dining area. Parking is easy, although it is a little way from the hotel. It is possible to park directly outside the hotel for up to 30 minutes to unload and check in.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mourasuites, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was nothing short of outstanding. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The rooms were beautifully appointed spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with all the modern conveniences you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. We had USB-A and USB-C charging points, a great coffee machine, a fantastic rain shower, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The setting of Mourasuites is equally impressive. Tucked into a picturesque town, the ambiance is peaceful and charming. Waking up to the gentle sound of church bells in the morning felt like something out of a storybook. The small, serene pool in the central courtyard added an extra layer of calm and relaxation to our stay. Breakfast each morning was a highlight elegantly presented, with real attention to detail and quality. It was clear that great care went into making it a special experience. Although this may be a small-town hotel, it rivals many of the best we’ve stayed in around the world. Mourasuites is a true gem, and we’ll absolutely be back.

Awesome breakfast. Large choice of fruit, juices, pastries and cook to order eggs or pancakes if one chose that. Coffee machine that made espresso to capucino. Great service too.

First room they showed us was 2 floors. Very cute but small and awkward. We asked for something different and then got a stunning large and "on one floor" room with small walk out balcony. It was wonderful room.

Moura Suites is a beautiful boutique hotel located within easy walking distance of all the sights in Evora. We were greeted at the door, and parking was available just down the street. We originally reserved a Deluxe Double Room, but they called the day before our arrival to ask if we would consider changing to a Duplex Suite in which the sitting area is on the lower level and the bed and bathroom are upstairs on an upper level. The breakfast was excellent!

The upper level of the Duplex Suite felt crowded and cluttered while the lower level was mostly unused during our one night there. We decided that we would have preferred to keep our original Deluxe Double room because everything is one level and would probably feel more spacious..... even though both rooms are approximately the same size in square footage.

The Moura Suites hotel in Evora, Portugal is an exceptional value. It should be rated as a 5 star hotel instead of a 4-star. I have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the finest hotels in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. and the Moura Suites provides an exceptional experience. Located just steps away from the iconic Temple, the huge Roman aqueducts, historic city wall (unbelievable) and some of the most beautiful cathederals and histric convents, one can simply not beat the location. As a small 24 room venue you still have an elevator to the second floor, a gym (small but effective), and a beautiful pool and coutyard. The rooms are extremely well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast, included in the room rate is exceptional, and not only do they provide an excellent buffet but you can order pancakes, omelets, etc. And speaking of breakfast, DO NOT MISS dining in the hotel's dining room (named 1556) for dinner (reservations highly recommended). I don't care for the vast majority of hotel dining establishments because I have found many to offer poor quality that is overpriced and under-served. But 1556 is truly an exception. Definitely try the roasted cheese dish. Yes, you will thank me... Evora is an exceptional city. I call it "history concentrate" and it's beautiful. Catch a glimpse of the entire area from the rooftop of the main cathedral. - quite stunning. But a visit to Evora would be worth it just to stay in the Moura Suites. BTW, you will never find a friendlier and more attentive staff... and there is someone available to you 24 hours a day. Just a note you may find interesting... They will not use an auto attendant! They actually answer the phone. I love how connected to the guests they are. You will absolutely feel welcome and cared for at the Moura Suites, I was so impressed with the stall I sent them flowers at the end of my stay.

New and upscale Hotel in the middle of Evora. Fairly easy walk to just about every sight to see, and some local restaurants as well as the market. Rooms a comfortable and clean. Rainfall shower is great. Courtyard pool and deck area. Reception staff is super nice and ready to help. The restaurant is excellent and food is.flavourful and innovative. Mandir our waiter was so very nice and made super recommendations. He was so cheerful and friendly. Included breakfast had all you could want. Late check out a bonus. Parking is a bit tricky but available close by. Highly recommended.

Hotel is modern and stylish, with a fresh and new feel. It’s located near the heart of Évora downtown, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was good, with variety fresh options. Another big plus is the available parking, which made my stay even more convenient.

I would have rated this hotel a perfect 10 but unfortunately, I was unable to connect to the WiFi. Even the staff tried to assist with my iPhone, but the issue couldn’t be resolved.

The staff was great. It’s a nice hotel with attractive common areas and a hearty breakfast included.

Our room was small which is fine except that there were only 2 shallow drawers in the closet so one of us had to pile up our folded clothing on a chair. The shower is small with a huge rain shower head. Great except it’s super awkward to get in & out without getting the floor wet. The bath mat won’t fit under the folding shower door so you can’t get into the shower AND have mat in place. If they do your laundry, ask them to leave out the strong fragrance additive. Awful

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was spotless, beautifully appointed, and centrally located. I stayed in the Deluxe Room, and th room was exquisite -- super comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was out of this world - a varied and fresh buffet along with hot options to order from a menu. The restaurant on the premises served terrific food. The staff were attentive, professional and friendly.

There is nothing that could be improved.

Wonderful 4 star hotel with nice touches of Portugal products used. A small intimate hotel with nice bar area and very comprehensive breakfasts. Great to have parking facilities.

However parking was an issue..supposed to be safe secure. It was not locked during the day and there was no roof protection from the weather resulting jn a very muddy mess underfoot... Felt the staff could be more welcoming and friendly in their demeanour..adequate undertaking of their duties just lacked personality.
