VERY spacious apartment, well appointed, modern kitchen and bathroom. Large balcony with water view. Very quiet inside apartment. Great bistro directly downstairs and Settlement Cove Lagoon directly opposite. 2 bedroom apartment for less than $400/night is good value

The size, the location,

Cutlery and dishes were dirty The couch could do with a clean, we were all itchy after sitting on it.

The rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable and the location excellent!

There is an ongoing problem in reviews, which sadly we experienced, where there was extremely limited and hard to get hot water in the bath. This made it really difficult with small children. The cleaning was daily, which is great, but was substandard in the bathrooms. We had to ask for door wedges despite booking a 3 bedroom apartment to keep access open. The door wouldn't lock at first but this was quickly fixed. The service in the restaurant was very slow with kids meals delivered after the adults.

The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and the location was great. The cleaning staff were lovely and friendly. The happy hour $10 cocktails on Friday and Sunday.

A wok would have been handy particularly when the stove cook top has a wok burner. More coat hangers would have been good. I did have to ask twice to get more coat hangers. When 2 people are staying for 5 nights you need more than 4 coat hangers. The wardrobe in the bedroom was awkward to get clothes in and out as one side of the wardrobe had a built-in locked cupboard that impacted access from the sliding door.

I stayed one night as I had to go into hospital the next day, the Oaks location is amazing as shops, restaurants etc are in walking distance The staff were so lovely and helpful. The suite was a great size, the bed was very comfortable and the ocean view was breathtaking🙌❤️

My stay was just after the cyclone and the outdoor furniture had been brought inside so it was a bit inconvenient for me to go out on the verandah to get some sunshine and fresh air as I suffer from claustrophobia and the furniture was up against the glass sliding doors 😵‍💫but I do understand the reasoning behind it🙏

The free upgrade to an ocean suite was unexpected and show card the Redcliffe foreshore. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen, clean and compact. The verandah/ patio was fabulous. So big and spacious. Furniture was clean and comfortable.

The smell in the main bathroom after using it for showering ( dirty drain smell) The lack of hanging hooks in the main bathroom so clothes had to sit on top of the loo. Two lounges instead of 1 double lounge and a single lounge chair would have been more appropriate given the room configuration. A magnetic for stop on the second bedroom to stop the door from slamming everytime a breeze came through the sliding glass door onto the verandah.

The room was lovely & spacious. It smelt like the carpets were almost brand new so it looked very inviting & was very modern. The balcony was also of a generous size with a slight ocean view. We had everything you would need as the kitchen was well equipped.

It wasn't that I didn't like it, but for the beautiful rooms they have & how the rest of the complex looked, the lifts were terrible, with lots of number buttons missing in one lift & a few in the other. Pieces of paper had been put in the place of some of the missing ones & it just looked tacky.

Great sized living area. Good functional Kitchen made it easy to entertain and enjoy the fabulous views. Generous sized outdoor Deck which had Couch / Dining furniture which was very functional and allowed all guests to be in the area at the same time.

Small problems like no soap available at bathrooms - room service quickly resolved that. The TV remote was "missing" and the staff sorted a replacement.......we found the lost one a few hours later buried deep under the seat cushions.... The second bedroom robe was a bit clunky - 2 doors and three sections meant the centre section was a no-mans land and we ended up utilising the hall storage for our suits / dresses for the event.

asked staff two separate nights for them to come check the tv because it was frozen and for them to find out and get rid of the mildew smell out of the room. second night i was there the staff member was annoyed with me because i asked for the tv to be fixed and the smell to be gone. she fixed the tv but didnt do anything about the smell, saying that there was an incident the night before so staff were busy. i found that hard to believe as i checked in the exact time she was saying it happened. will give the hotel another try in the future as it was a lovely place to stay.

WOW! Amazing place to stay - from the magnificent views, luxurious bed, location location location and all the comforts of home! We parked our car in the very secure parking lot and didn't have to use it again until we left - everything is that close! Restaurants, Shops, Beach, Markets, Jetty, Walking tracks!! Absolutely everything you need in a comfortable stay!

The waiting time for the lifts was a little timely - however this is just looking for something to not like - other than this - we absolutely could not fault our stay!
