The location, it's not too far from Niagara falls, the place is beautiful and safe. Perfect for a small family or 2 couples in case of sharing.

The washroom needs more maintenance and cleaning; the ceiling had rust, the vanity needed to be replaced and there was dust accumulated in the toilet paper support and at the ceiling fan grid. Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all, I'd suggest bringing your own pillows to have a better rest. There are no night tables also, I had to use a chair to put my glasses before going to bed.

We just needed a reasonable place to for a quick stay as we were doing the Welland triathlon on the morning. It has a full size fridge, so great for our needed nutrition for the race (being able to freeze water). Check in was smooth and friendly. TV was a nice touch- wasn't expecting that for the residence.

Great front desk staff! Jack at the front has some sick tattoos! Checked in very smoothly. Room was clean, considering it was riddled with teenagers no more than a few weeks prior. Cheap place to stay if you are travelling alone, as a couple, or two couples (who can fit onto a small bed). Overall great experience, would go back again.

The walls and bathroom floors were pretty gunky, as in they look like they've been used by college kids haha. Maybe one super detailed clean after the students leave would make the place seem much cleaner.

We travel a lot and this was definitely an excellent value. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a 5 star facility. For a college residence, in the off season it was very clean and served it’s purpose. This was our first time staying in a college residence and would definitely consider staying here again.

My only suggestion would be, during the “non college season” offering coffee in the lobby area. I understand not having a coffee maker in the room however maybe just in the morning offer it in the lobby.

Clean, spacious (the kids loved having their own room and TV), surprisingly comfortable bed (despite being hard), very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by trees, friendly staff, overall a very enjoyable stay

Bathroom is tiny; overpriced for a residence

Very large rooms. Staff very helpful, had a problem with 1 of the televisions upon arrival and maintenance man was excellent! He is the best! Quiet setting. Lots of T.V. channels.

Very long walks to some of the rooms from the single elevator, be sure to ask for something closer when booking!

Concierges at reception were away from desk and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes before anyone showed up. I had difficulty finding the right building on campus as it is advertised as residence and convention center but the building is only labelled as residence. None of the students were able to help because the building is not known as a conference center.

The unit is clean and spacious. Bed is firm and very comfortable. Air conditioning is just right. Will go back.

Very noisy at night with kids running around. Shower stall is a bit tight.

The front desk was fantastic The only thing is the room should have house keeping and a kettle so many places to visit with in 20min drive.

We liked everything

Having two rooms and the location was great. it was nice to not deal with the QEW on our way back to London from the USA. The fridge was nice.

The walls in the suite were not sound proof and we could still hear our companion snoring. There was no way to make hot water for tea. Although there was a microwave there were no mugs. The kitchen was spartan.
