I've chosen this hotel repeatedly over the past 20 years; it's a good, dependable deal for the money. Also, I have relatives nearby, so the location is handy. The breakfast seating area is very cheerful and pleasant since its renovation a few years ago! My room was comfy; the king-size bed was very nice. I feel a bit sorry for the hotel due to the road construction around. May it lead more guests to you more easily!

This stay, there were two issues. First, there was a weird problem with the fire alarms in all rooms in my hallway; they all went off twice during the night. I understand that freak accidents can happen. To the hotel staff's credit, the problem was fixed the next day. Second, the breakfast quality has slipped a bit since my previous visit three years ago. I do want you to know that I'm grateful for having food; however, I preferred the boiled eggs of three years ago to the scrambled eggs now. Also, the oranges this time were shriveling, and there were no bananas offered. The instant pancake machine spit out two little pancakes, which were rubbery. Could waffles be an option instead? Could gelatin-less yogurt be an option? And bananas?

The cleanliness! I would definitely recommend staying! Romance package was 8/10. Bath & body works were precisely picked. The late checkout was well needed. Breakfast could’ve been better, the pancake/waffle machine was Down. So the rest of our stay we just went to get breakfast elsewhere.

One employee was rude, the romance package with chocolates , They mixed mints with the chocolates & made the chocolates taste like mints! Gotta change that! Also with the rose pedals , I feel as if it were rushed with the design. I could’ve did better. Breakfast could’ve been better.

Convenient location off the interstate. Hotel remarkably quiet considering it’s near the interstate. Rooms well insulated as we did not hear people in the hallway or showers turning on in rooms next to us. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options. I would stay there again.

Only criticism I have is it would’ve been nice to have a mirror in the living room to make it easier for our family getting ready for example some in the bathroom, brushing their teeth showering, but my girls could’ve been blow drying and curling their hair and putting on make up in the living room, if there was a mirror on the wall.

Great location. Very clean room. Friendly staffs. Not to mentioned the amazing breakfast with a very beautiful and clean eating area. Love that they have fresh fruits in the front desk for grab 24 hours a day. Love that they have books that you can take with because they care. Touch Points is an amazing inspirational book that has so many topics that are very encouraging and can help guide us in our daily life. Thank you! God Bless!

Other than me catching the flu when I arrived Friday night, we had a wonderful and safe place to stayed for my daughter's dance competition weekend.

Comfortable Bed and the size of the room and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. I will definitely be back. Stayed in The King Executive Room.

The first morning I was there for Breakfast no coffee was made. The eggs and Turkey Sausage was cold and the rest of the food was brought out late. The lady who was preparing it had a bad attitude. I heard her complaining to the other staff member well I am not staying past 1 pm. Must have been short staffed but there was no reason to have a bad attitude. It goes with the job I say. LoL

Check in was quick and easy with polite staff. My room was clean to my level of satisfaction which is hard to get to. The beds were firm and comfortable. There were 4 different pillows which was appreciated. Rooms have been updated and were in good repair. I was at the end of the hall and room was quiet. Breakfast had enough options between carbs and proteins to satisfy. For the price I paid, they far exceeded my expectations.

Nothing was a problem. I did plug my phone into the wall outlet by my bed which I didn't realize needed the switch on to work. Not their problem but something to be aware of.

Location was easy to find. Loved that it was pet friendly. All of the workers were polite and friendly. Staff was very accommodating. Beds were comfy with 4 pillows! This is my 1st experience with LivInn & won't be my last!Obviously this is an older property that has had an upgrade at some point in the past.

Fridge really wasn't cold enuf & there was no way to adjust it. What I first assumed to be a strong odor of marijuana, actually turned out to be a particular pine tree surrounding the property.

The gentemen that checked us in was nice and friendly. I didn't realize i booked for a handicap room he upgraded us to 2 queen beds room. The bed was comfortable. Enough charging outlets.

When we checked in that the afternoon, it smelled bad inside, and it made my eyes burn. But when we came back that night, it was fine, thankfully. The bathtub needs an update. The toilet tank just kept running after flushing. I had to fix it because it was loud gushing water sound, and it was a waste of water. The rubber flopper in the tank did not seal to keep the water from going through. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. My credit card was charged the 50 dollar deposit. I thought it was just a hold. I'm still waiting for a refund. Room #220

I had to submit a claim to my home owner's insurance. I wanted to stay here, but I could not pay upfront for the room, but my insurance would cover the cost of the room. Instead of working with me or getting my insurance company and claim number, I was told I had 30 minutes to pack up my things and leave because I felt the over 500 dollar price quoted was far more then mist customers pay for the week. Also, I think it was unfair she charged me more to stay in the disability room, and no one should be charged more if they are disabled. It is not supposed to be profit over accomullidating the disabled.

I didn't like being scolded for smoking outside the door when the employees at n8ght smoke there at night. The manager made me not want to be around her. Also, she emailed and texted me several times everyday asking me about my room everyday and it was unprofessional and too pushy.

I’ve stayed here several times and especially when I was homeless and had some medical issues to address I was able to stay there for the tests I had to have performed from the generosity of my friends and they worked together to ensure I had a safe clean place to stay while I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they would check in on me to ensure I was comfortable during this period of time. A lot of the staff are still there and it feels like coming home to visit whenever I decide to take a couple days to get away and stay at this location. I’m forever thankful for the wonderful staff at this location and I cannot say enough how they still look after me on my stats there. I live staying at this hotel and the breakfast is a great way to start out my days. Great job all around by everyone I’ve interacted with.

To be honest I have had no complaints any time that I’ve stayed here.
