The six pillows on each bed really add a touch of comfort! It’s heartwarming to see that every room offers such a lovely ocean view at the resort. While it may not have the modern flair of some places, everything is well-maintained and functional. The pool is impeccably clean, and the beachfront is wonderful, with easy access for everyone to enjoy. It truly feels like a welcoming retreat!

Beds need updating. I saw a man spraying pesticides on the grounds. It was windy, and we were in the pool. Like, what’s going on?

This is a wonderful, beach side motel with a great pool and ocean views from the porch area outside the room. It's not fancy and it's a little older, but it's in great shape. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The shower head was modern and the pressure was great. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient for having snacks and lunch stuff around for our days on the beach. The kitchenette had dishes and basic utensils, but bring a roll of paper towels and coffee filters!

We checked in a little early and our room was not ready (understandable because we tried to check in three hours early!). The front desk said they would call us when it was ready, but they never did. But this is a pretty mild criticism. Overall, the staff were wonderful and there was always someone around to help, if needed.

Beautiful views, right on the beach. Any staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Shower had great water pressure.

Not nearly enough parking. Not even close. I should not have to park across the street at a business instead of at least near the cottage I rented. Parking lots are also so small you can barely turn around in them. Had to ask twice to receive a frying pan for the room. Requested at least a towel swap, and gave permission to enter the room cause we wouldn't be back until after midnight. Came back to find the frying pan and fresh towels in garbage bags by the door. Beds were kinda hard and creaky. The mini fridge door was hard to open due to how close they have it to a wall corner, the door should be flipped so it opens the other way. Stove was functional, but all the burners were bent and crooked.

Beach is private and clean. Level and hard-packed sand at low tide for great walkability. Room was nicely decorated. Jumping in pool after a few hours on the beach was lovely.

The room was damp. It didn't smell musty or mildewy but our clothes were definitely damp. THe carpet was very old which was odd with everything else in the room being updated. Recommend a pressure washing on concrete floor outside of the rooms (second floor, north side). No one told us there were vending machines in a seperate building. :-( The row of bungalows belwo our room were partying hard, loud music and dancing in the gazebo creating an irritating and unenjoyable experience. Luckily we had ear plugs at bedtime!

What an amazing little resort - right on the beaches of Florida. Exactly what one would expect or as seen on tv. (if you know, you know.) The resort included: RV park, hotel, and cute cottages. The staff were amazing to deal with. They met me, an exhausted traveller with warmth and solutions to the issues of my booking. Which was such a relief for me and my service dog. The cottage was clean, bright, and comfortable. The price was amazing. The knowledge and instructions for the turtles was so helpful and useful. Good to know information while staying in the turtles habitat of nesting. It was such a great experience, I have told my friends and relatives - who ever venture out that way, to ensure that they stop here for a short or long vacation. Check out was a breeze.

Side note really, not a didn't like.... if you stay at the cottages and are needing to do hair and makeup - ensure to bring your own extention cord - outlets were hard to come by and in awkward places.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful! Perfect location. The staff were all so friendly . My husband and I and our children loved it !

A lot of the other people staying at this hotel “reserved” pool chairs all day, but hardly used them. We went to the pool fairly early , about 830am and a lot of the pool chairs had items placed on them but no one was in the pool. We didn’t feel like it was polite to move anyone’s things so we just put our stuff on the ground. Some people did return to the chairs about an hour later . We returned around 3/4pm and all the chairs were still reserved with peoples belongings but again they were not in the pool. (Probably at the beach) This is not a complaint for the facility because the hotel was amazing . Just a courtesy reminder to the people visiting , to not reserve chairs if you aren’t using them

We were so pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. Even the kitchenette had obviously been sanitized. The beds were spacious and comfortable. All 4 of us had plenty of room to move around in the space-it didn't feel crowded even with visitors. I loved the little touches like the unique dresser and matching headboard and footboards. Even the carpeting was in good taste and perfect for the beachy environment. The views were spectacular!

The property is clearly older, so the elevator was creaky and one of them had an out of order sign-so we walked to the front one every time. I loved the style of the blinds in the room, but I imagine they give the property owners no end of trouble. They were coming unattached from the rod and were difficult to get into a properly open or closed position. Parking is tight.

We had an amazing time!!! The Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The Room was beautiful and clean!!! It was stocked with everything you need!! But Our favorite part had to be the HEATED pool!!! It was located practically on the beach. And open until 11pm. Our stay was amazing all around. We will definitely be booking here again. And again!!!

There was NOTHING we didn't like. Even the other guests were nice!!!!

Location. Staff. Room. Pool….super easy access to beach.Parking. People. Comfortable…u name it! We had a cottage on the south side of the property. Literally was super chill. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful (thank you Brennen at the front desk for your hospitality)! We had my mom’s dog and we were able to get a dog friendly cottage at the last min. We loved our own little cottage, personal parking and what a family fun atmosphere! It was overcast and we still had a beautiful weekend, courtesy of Coral Sands inn! What I loved also was the historic background of the hotel. It’s all a good read in the handy coral sands guide book in our room….. Check it out!!! local to lots to do but way more chill then Daytona.

Absolutely nothing to not like. We will be coming back for sure.

Simple but clean hotel directly on the beach. We stayed only one night, coming late, leaving early, but still, it was a nice stay. Very friendly ladies on the reception desk on arrival as well as check-out. The access to the beach is just perfect, and the beach was amazing for a morning run and a quick bath. The hotel has a small swimming pool, unfortunately, a bit too cold day to try. The rooms are a bit old, arranged for beach plans (no carpets). I could imagine staying here for more days on the beach. Must be awesome in May.

Like in many other US hotels, we were missing breakfast options.
