The location, within easy reach by car of Southampton General Hospital, a Tesco superstore and Shirley High Street, was ideal for me. Breakfast was not included but a range of teas and coffees, an excellent kitchen and a storage and fridge space for self-catering were provided. The main bathroom was perfect. The house was warm (my visit was in early March) and the rooms secured by good locks. It was very quiet. The whole house was spotless and freshly and tastefully decorated. I particularly liked the sunny little garden outside the kitchen. There was always free parking nearby. Malgorzata, the owner, was warm, efficient and friendly, and rigorous in her management of the house, so that it was always clean, tidy and quiet.

The front door key-safe box was rather hard to operate, especially after dark, as it was positioned very low on the wall. The room lock was also a bit fiddly!

Self-catering (which I like) - Supermarket a short drive away, corner shop 2 minutes walk away, good kitchen and shared bathroom, good range of utensils etc provided. Stylish decor. Access to small sunny garden. Quiet neighbourhood, 6 minutes' drive and 20 minutes' walk from the General Hospital (my reason for staying in Southampton.) Pleasant helpful owners, warm comfortable house.

A toilet roll holder in the main bathroom would improve comfort there!

Visited the area for a family party Location perfect for us , easy to find & on street parking no problem . Property was clean & comfortable . Instruction for access & stay were clear & allowed independence of stay which is just what we wanted . Our host was helpful & friendly . The property is very cared for & clean & of a hotel standard . Other guests were pleasant . As female travellers we felt safe & comfortable at this property & enjoyed our stay very much I was perfect for our needs

Only a suggestion for busy periods would be a separate toilet from bathroom but this did not cause any issue to us during our stay - but could foresee this may help . But as this is a house in residential area this would be a potential structural change . .

Self catering. Excellent shared kitchen. Lots of free parking immediately outside. Excellent shared bathroom. Malgorzata, the owner, is very helpful and kind. The location is very good for me and I intend to book the room for several weeks while my husband is undergoing an operation at Southampton Hospital, which is only 6 minutes away by car and 35 minutes away on foot.

No complaints at all.

The door handles are rather noisy when turning, so a little irritating when other guests move around in the night. However, this would probably not bother most people and the the excellent facility more than makes up for this little flaw.

Clean, nicely decorated room with modern shared bathroom. Friendly host. Use of kitchen, with plenty tea/coffee choices and use of fridge. Easy parking on street close-by. West side of Southampton, so good for New Forest. Bus stop nearby for central Southampton. Tesco 5 minute walk.

The quests were nice and the house and the room and bathroom was very neat. Also, it is 2 mins walk to a bus stop.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear sounds from outside the room quite closely. However considering the low cost, it's great value for your money.

The landlady was very welcoming, the room was lovely and clean and well decorated.

There was only a little issue that the wifi did not reach my devices if I was in bed but that’s the only issue I had.

Really lovely host, always attentive and very welcoming. Facilities were good and the shared kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Picked for the close proximity to my work place but a great location for people who want to be in the city and not far from the New Forest either so a really great range of activities really close whatever your reason for staying.

The host was very pleasant. She deserves a 10 star. She's amazing. Facility is extremely clean, top notch, good value for money. I would recommend this apartment over and over again. Wow this is the best apartment I have stay via booking on this app.
