Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk from the city centre (and 2 minutes walk from Gelateria del Biondo!). Rooms were clean and bathroom was good.

Breakfast was very average. Limited range, fruit juice wasn’t fresh, though the eggs and croissants were fine. We only had it on our first morning, and then went out to eat breakfast instead.

A well kept place, in a really good location, close to everything in Brescia! There are plenty of shops, restaurants, terraces, cafes, bars to choose from! The old town/city centre is within walking distance. Great location, clean and in good condition! There wasn't any noise coming from the rest of the building, nor from the street or from the other rooms. The girls at the reception were authentic, sincere, genuine!

There was no knob on the bathroom door handle and when opening the door it was damaging the wall.. the place is that nice that I wish visitors take good care of it 😊

This hotel truly supports travelers with its agevolations: 15 mins walk from train station and old city center, clean, good stuff young and helpful, water's usage sensible, good continental breakfast, there also is a relax room with food/drink fridges, check out at noon gave me space to rest.The room was comfortable. I could leave my baggage in special lockers with a toilet next to them, all in a easy, independent way. Rooms have codes to open the doors. The same for the front door, reception closes at 11pm so as I came back later I could open it with a code. My staying was very good!!

modern, sleek, clean, convenient location, friendly staff. The Only hotel of the 17 hotels stayed this trip in Italy that has air conditioning /cool air working upon checkin, without asking. 1st floor has a small cafe area, with microwave, disposible silverware, etc, where guest can use it to take a break and even eat there. downstairs with the breakfast room in the same level, there are lockers to stow bags after check out. A good distance to train station, takes some walk, but not too far, and sidewalk is not a problem.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect - 10min to the train station and 5- 10 min walking to the main squares/main places of interest. The hotel itself looks really nice / we liked the design - colours; room was very spacious, cosy, modern with a charm,; even had a fridge, which is huge plus; bathroom was very modern and great size. Maybe proper wardrobe would have been nice in a room, but overall- honestly, we didn’t expect such a luxury 3 ⭐️ hotel . We loved and were impressed on Brescia too, so we will be back and without a a doubt will stay again at this hotel. No need to look for any others. It’s perfect! Thank you very much.

We know, it’s hard to suit everyone’s needs and taste, but if it’s possible, would be amazing to have a few options of pillows (thinner and softer as well).

Very good location. 10 minutes walk to the city center and also railway and bus station. Spotless clean. Very good breakfast, particularly for usual Italian standards. Salty food like ham, cheese, eggs, not only sweets. Very good wifi signal throughout whoke building. Very friendly staff, ready to help.i wll come again in thia hotel.

Not enough hangers for suites. One small table is missibg. The second chair in the room will helpful. Only one pillow, quite thin. Two will be better.

The location was a good choice for us since it was near the train station. We were only traveling through for one night and the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to reach after a long day of travel. I recommend taking a taxi to this hotel at night since the area around the train station is a bit rough. However, we did walk back to the station the next morning since it was an easy 10 to 12 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet and we were able to get a great nights sleep.

The rooms are perfect, and the hotel really matched my requests and expectations. Smooth and easy check in even during night time, equally smooth checking out process and friendly staff. Convenient access-solution for both the building and our room.

The vending machine in the lobby couldn't process payment cards or bills. It was hard to buy water or snacks when our flight was delayed. There could be some easy accessible tourist information outside staffed hours.

We liked the location, which was close to the train station, from where we took the train to GardaLand for two days. The location was also close to the city centre of Brescia. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything that we need. The internet speed was very good 😊. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great and safe location, walking distance to the train station and city center. The room was spacious and clean. It would be great to have a second pillow or fluffier one, as they‘re rather flat. The front desk staff was nice, check-in and checkout was fast. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely stay here again.
