First and foremost, the spa with the pool was fantastic — spacious, relaxing, and not crowded at all (at least in May). There were plenty of cozy areas to sit, and in addition to water, tea was always available, which made it even easier to unwind and enjoy. The room was very cozy; we had a side sea view and really enjoyed the atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a standard buffet — nothing particularly fancy, but everything was tasty and there was a good variety to choose from. The beach area looked nice, even though some maintenance work was still ongoing due to the early season. There's also a pool by the beach.

The room didn’t have a kettle, which was more disappointing than the lack of a coffee machine. It’s something the hotel could easily provide, so it was unclear why it wasn’t available. The coffee at breakfast was from an automatic machine and tasted more like instant 2-in-1 — definitely not fresh-ground. The juice served at breakfast also seemed to be very low quality, like the cheapest boxed juice. The access to the sea from the pier at the beach didn’t feel very well designed — it could use some improvement.

We had a small issue with theright when we checked in, we reported it, and within 10 minutes everything was resolved. Could not be happier with our experience. This is my second time and each time everything is amazing!

There was absolutely nothing we did not like. Everything was perfect. Except, for one small thing. The cleanliness in our first room but as I said previously, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. Orange juice provided at the breakfast buffet is not orange juice 😅

Great pet-friendly (always travel with our doggy) hotel with friendly staff, own parking, own private bay and pool zone near the beach. Only in 20 min by walk from an old city centre. Near lots of shops and restaurants. SPA zone is not outstanding, but pool is nice as well as Finnish sauna. Great that it is open till 10 pm so you can visit it after the beach and dinner. Near is Tito’s Villa - definitely must see if you like retro places

Wi-fi in the room was extremely bad (1st floor). It was only working near the door and in the bathroom which is absolutely not fine for a hotel of such level. Also for a spa hotel it could be great to have a kettle in the room.

We arrived early and had brunch in the rooftop restaurant with the most spectacular view. The staff in reception, housekeeping and lounge bar were very helpful especially lidij a at reception. We went for a relaxing holiday, swimming in the indoor pool and sea and long walks on the promenade in the evenings. The sea was warmer than the pools which was around 26 degrees. We both went for a massage and enjoyed them. We ate in different restaurants each night and walked along the promenade to herceg novi each night. On two occasions we got the bus from a few metres outside the hotel 4 stops over to the old town, had dinner and walked back after. There are so many supermarkets very close to the hotel as well as bakeries and pharmacies. The hotel is stunning. Our room was perfect size for us. The beds were comfortable, air con worked well. The atmosphere on the promenade in the evenings was fabulous, people of all different ages and abilities out and about. It felt safe there with so many other families out walking. The sun loungers and umbrellas were great, beach towels were always lovely and soft. We all enjoyed swimming in the sea. We would definitely return.

The breakfast was free of flies which is great but it was lacking in areas. The pastries were not always fresh. Coffee wasn't great. The breakfast experience doesn't match the hotel. The beach should ideally be a no smoking zone but even if the butt's were removed from the beach and a general litter pick was done each evening it would be great. They wash down the stone around pool but I don't think they wash down the beach and I wonder is it so wise to leave kids play on it with so many cats around as well as the litter.

The spa was spacious and all round amazing surpassing our expectations. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains (worth the extra price for that view). The staff was extremely hospitable, polite, and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection. We had cocktails at the bar which were also fanatstic. All round high recommendations to visit this place 😊

The location, room size, and the views - great restaurant and food

Great location. Large pool outside with lots of sunbeds a private beach and indoor spa pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room. Large room and balcony overlooking the bay.

Breakfast could have been better. Not much fruit and weak orange juice.

Everything was amazing, good location, easily accessible, and the best of them all is the provision for parking.

Everything! Having now travelled around Montenegro for a week and seeing different places, I can say this place is the most stylish, gorgeous place we have come across which wasn’t rediculously expansive. Pool and location is super.
