Not relevant for most but could be painfull for others. Entering and getting out of the undergroung parking can be problematic if you drive a car with low ground clearance. A sign notifying the driver about this could be usefull as otherwise you might notice this when it is to late and you are already scrubbing the underside of the car.

Beautiful and spacious room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Some malfunctions of the room utilities: the bathroom door doesn't close, the water from the bathtub doesn't drain quickly. But the next day the bathtub was repaired.

The rooms were just as pictured. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super amazing. And, as an observant Jew, the hotel did amazingly at seeing to details for a stay on shabbat (turning off the motion sensors on lights in the hallways, having physical keys, offering tape for the refrigerator light, having alternate doors for all sliding doors).

Cleanliness could have been a little better. A few of the towels were stained. As was one of the sets of slippers placed in wrapping in the room.

Clean Large Room Free Parking

They didn't provide toilet paper when i told them we were out; it was a holiday in Hungary and stores were closed so we couldn't buy any, it was not a very pleasent moment. So maybe just a little more care on details.

Quick check-in and check-out (having kept our luggage in safe storage until we departed to the airport in the afternoon). Very spacious studio apartment with twin beds, a table for four and a fully equipped kitchenette. Toilet separate from shower was also very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and quite varied with the possibility of special omelettes being prepared. Central location is a big plus, with bus stops just a couple of minutes away, plus metro and tram stations at about 7 minutes walking distance. Staff very polite and helpful.

Large TV but very limited choice of international channels

The location is awesome. Really close to metro and bus station. 10 minutes walk from vaci uca (main shopping street) and plenty of great places to eat. Friendly staff happy to help with almost everything. The rooms are huge! Actual 2 room apartment with fully functional kitchen. Clean Free underground parking.

We booked a kingsize bed but were booked a twin. When requested we were offered to change rooms immediately but we needed to move our own lagguage and weren't offered help. It felt as if the cleaners didn't always bother to really clean the room but just made it look tidy, like a dirty bed sheet would just be left visible or pieces of hair would be left in the sink.

Free Secure Underground Parking Great Breakfast spread. Eggs made to order was a nice touch. Helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very good location in the Pest side. Close to all major attractions with supermarkets very close by.

The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Actually we got an apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and toilet. It was spacy and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. The apartment was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Parking lots are large and great. Public parking in Budapest is always critical, so having a large underground parking lot is a big advantage. Wi-Fi was of the very good quality (not excellent, but very good).

Prices of the meals are expectionally high (in relation to another hotels in the city), though guests are allowed to bring their own food and prepare it in the kitchen within the apartment.

Great location next to the Jewish quarter, easy to walk to all major sights. Having parking space inside the hotel is a massive plus. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean. Beds are comfortable.

The lighting in thw hotel with neon lights in the lobby is a bit strange and unnecessary. Similarly you have some strange neon lights on the ceiling in the room but it can be turned off so no biggie. One thing is that even with AC set to 19 degrees it was really hot, so we had to sleep with the window open, maybe good to know for people who like to sleep in a really cold room.

The room was an apartment that was so new and clean that it seemed like we were the first to use it. It was very quiet at night and we could make our room dark with shades. The kitchen had what you would need if you cooked which we did not. The location was on a narrow street close to a main street so the hotel was easily accessible without the noise of a busy street. It was close to many restaurants, museums, and other areas of interest. The breakfast bar had many choices for €15. It was an excellent spot for our first days in Budapest.
