Service was outstanding. Angel was on top of everything. The staff was always pleasant and easy to work with. We stayed for two nights in the Fly Fisherman's cottage. It was clean, roomy and very nicely designed. The bedding (sheets, pillows and mattress was wonderful. There was a minor issue with the plug for the bathtub not closing. It was remedied right away. The location on Tomales Bay was gorgeous.

The food in the restaurant was not as good as advertised. We were told that the highly rated chef left a few months ago. The meals that we had we good, but not outstanding.

My wife and I love to stay in B&B's on the Pacific west coast . Having stayed in many of them from Washington to California and when she is Asked about her stay at Nicks " The best Room I've ever stayed in " I think the warm floors in the bathroom were a above and beyond feature. Go out on the dock hang in the boat house out of the wind and take in the best kept secrete ( Tomales bay) We live 20 minutes away and this was a special stay.

The fire place is loaded and ready to light, which worked great. Once the fire went mostly out, trying to get a relight was impossible. I burn 1-2 cords of wood and have for 30 years or more. The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed. but some might not ? My breakfast sandwich was cooked shared with Fish. I love fish my wife said " I can't eat this " to each there own.

Nice big room! Nicely appointed.

Breakfast was the same all three days. So much fresh fruit was available in the area and yet not served here. The same gluten free muffin and one regular muffin was served for 3 straight days. Even local bakery had more gluten free options. Make an effort to upgrade your continental breakfast for the price you charge. It is easy to have other gluten free and non gluten free muffins. Easy to find other simple recipes.

Lovely Northern California spot on Tomales Bay. The room was lovely, with wood burning stove, leather sofa, comfy king size bed, and the best bathroom ever! Bathroom had heated tile floors, his and hers sinks, clawfoot tub, and a beautiful walk in shower. We stayed in "Fly Fisherman" cottage.

Nothing. Loved everything about the place.

The Flying Fisherman cottage is large and well decorated. Loved the vibe! And the water view was excellent.

Breakfast consisted of coffee and one small croissant and muffin per person with only one fruit bowl to share. For the price, the breakfast should be more substantial.

Location was great for a getaway.

I had wanted to stay in one of cottages on the water and it fit perfectly into our plans. The total price for the cottage and the meals was close to $1000. I did not feel i had $1000 of value. For mid week and in the rainy season, the cottages are overpriced.

Room decor was absolutely lovely, and perfect for the location. Views of the bay were gorgeous. Quick drives to Point Reyes for hiking, Point Reyes for cool local shops, Tomales Bay and Bodega Bay. Staff super friendly. Loved the breakfast each day, and having the wood stove ready for a fire each night. One of our most relaxing vacations ever. A bit pricey but absolutely worth it on every level.

Service at the restaurant was slow, and the staff seemed a bit harried at times. But with understaffing due to Covid, it seems to be the same nearly everywhere.

Continental breakfast brought to your cottage includes fresh fruit, pastry, and excellent coffee. And the day’s SF Chronicle.

The dining fare at Nicks is good, but not quite on par with the caliber of accommodations.
