The price was right for the studio I stay had everything you need like mini refrig, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, closet to store personal items, draws etc. Free breakfast that's a perk! Foot steps away from the pool & beach. Walk along the board walk plenty of places to eat, different kinds of food and drinks. I love it so much I extended my stay that tells it all!! Thank you.

The property was clean and fresh. This is NOT a luxury resort, it does its job.

I didn’t like the loud guests with their radios blasting! Those guests invited others to the hotel pool and caused issues. Some of the receiving staff were not very professional in their manner of speaking even on the phone.

I absolutely loved, loved, loved the location, & Angie, Liz & Arnold were very Customer Service Oriented. I especially liked that they have always allowed me to bring my Therapy Service Dog with me the 7 times that I've stayed at one of their 25 hotels. As a matter of fact, tonight I'm trying a new one that I've never stayed before called "The Palm", it's another beautiful hotel that Hollywood Beach Hotels owns & runs. The only thing missing is a pool, but the Hollywood Beach is less than a block away, and that is a great selling point for me as a Travel Critic from the Caribbean and the United States.

I'm handy capable, so it would be nice to have more of their beautiful hotels equipped with ramps or very few stairs for people that are mobility challenged.

I love how it was literally on the beach. The bed was so comfortable to sleep on. And I appreciate that part of the total pay parking was included. It really can be a hassle to find parking close to our stay.

I didn’t like how when I walked into the unit it wasn’t as clean as I was expecting it to be. The warm water was only working for the sink, so my boyfriend I had to shower in cold water every time. It wasn’t easy since we don’t take cold showers normally. Also, some things were not working, misplaced, and broken.

The people were great. We lost my mate father’s ring as a gift. We had returned and were able to find it . We booked another day. Once again thank you for your services. You guys were awesome!!!!

We didn’t get to have breakfast but the location was pretty awesome the walk to the beach was only one minute and the view was nice

It seem like the staff was very busy and the process took a very long time a lot of waiting to get booked no sure why the system took so long although we didn’t have any problems we noticed a lot of phone calls about certain room issues which professionally should have been handled somewhere else instead in front of paying customers.

The breakfast was good. I like that the stove and fridge in the room like a house makes it feel like home. The tv has the best wifi and it’s a flat screen. Alot of space inside the room.

The housekeeping had a small attitude. This hotel takes the deposit about small things. Long wait lines for check in.

Location was good. Accessible to the beach. The cleaning.
