Everything was perfect. Special thanks to the staff - we had been there during the earth quake and staff handled the situation calmly. We received updates throughout the period we had been evacuated and got supported with chairs and cold drinks.. One hotel employee stayed with me while going down the stairs from the 29th floor, though I was slowly and told him a couple of times he can move on and doesn't need to wait (thank you!) What really impressed me that the Hotel Manager was also looking after his team and provided for all water and chairs and medical attention. Well done! Will surely come back

Large , comfortable room and bathroom. Great shower. Excellent air conditioning and quiet. Massive windows with great views. Amazing buffet breakfast. Staff, incredibly courteous and helpful, always with a smile. Very nice swimming pool area and lovely roof top bar. All areas are light and bright. Position of the hotel is perfect. Train station is only a few minutes away. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops right there..

Nothing to dislike. Should surely tick all boxes for most people.

We upgraded to the Carlton Club room and the shower didn’t have wall mounted body soap, shampoo or conditioner. We only received one very small tube of each. Seems like a downgrade and also not very environmentally friendly. Had to request more. Ordered room service for 2 beers, they said it would be there within 15min. The beers never arrived.

The Hotel offers a great variety at the breakfast and also at the lunch. No matter what you eat, the food is delicious. The swimming pool has been cooled down which makes you feel fresher especially in hot and humid weather. Room and bed was very comfortable. They helped us to organize a full day private Bangkok highlights tour and also a street food tour at night. Thanks to them we spent great time and made most of the Bangkok in only two days. Their roof bar is great, the cocktails are delicious and service is great. We will return again.

The location is great. Personal is really friendly. The apartment which we stayed is comfortable. Lobby is big. There is a very good (relatively expensive) Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor. Massage salon (Let's relax) is on the 10th floor.

The price was high. Swimming pool is not big and not deep enough. We had executive appartment.and stayed quite few days, but we missed the wasmchine in the room as well as the freezer. The closet is not big enough to put clothes for three person.

Everything,..the room,the staff,the pool, the breakfast, the location and in particular the club lounge was an added bonus.

This is my 15th visit to bangkok , i use to stay in different hotel. This time Im speechless! Such an amazing hotel ! It deserves 5 stars with no discussion. First the cleanliness of the room: when i entered to my room i felt that positive vibes , second and the most important point for me as i worked in customer service field is the staff of the hotel , all of them have been well selected for their designated job , all are polite , friendly and especially professional. Big thanks to Mr Kook who always welcomes us with his smile and always makes sure that we don’t forget any belongings from the taxi which i really appreciate this point (as many others hotel don’t do it) so they are unique. Third : the place of this hotel is more than amazing , you have everything around you and the most important is safe. Very close to Metro and subway around 10 min walking distance . Big thanks to Carlton team ! You ‘ve made our stay and definitely ll be back.

This is the best city hotel I’ve ever been to (after years of 5 star hotel travelling). It’s like a luxury condo, with top notch amenities: a great fitness centre, enormous swimming pool, sauna, steam bath… The rooms are modern and spacious, they all have great views, simply perfect. Staff is attentive and helpful. This is the perfect place to rest after a long flight or at the end of your trip.

You probably won’t even want to leave the hotel to visit the city :)

The Carlton Hotel really exceeded my expectations. My main reason for booking this hotel was the fabulous reviews and I was not disappointed. The hotel is very modern and absolutely spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch, particularly those that are included with Club rooms. Club rooms get access to the club lounge on the 33rd floor, which does free alcoholic beverages and canapes every evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm which is fabulous. I'd advise to arrive close to 6:00pm if you want one of the tables out on the balcony (very much recommended). Club rooms occupy the top floors of the hotel and the views over the city from the floor to ceiling windows are stunning!! The buffet breakfast was really good with plenty of different options for those who like trying local cuisine or would prefer more western items. The in-house coffee shop is really nice and their coffees are fantastic. The rooftop bar was also a really nice venue with fantastic views over the city. The hotel's rooftop pool is ideal for a break away from the city heat and handily has a bar with very attentive staff. The hotel's location is in the middle of Sukhumvit which is ideally located for local malls and parks, plus a 5 minute walk to the MRT / BTS for travelling further. Benchakitti Park is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. When we come back to visit Bangkok I will definitely stay at the Carlton hotel again as I believe it would be hard for any other hotel to deliver the same level of service for the same price.

When I want to pamper myself and spend a little more money this is the hotel I ALWAYS choose in BKK. I am a repeat client. The location is superb within walking distance to my favorite shopping mall the Emquartier and Emsphere to the left. To the right my favorite Pizza Pala where I always get a slice or two. They of course have an AMAZING breakfast buffet - I get up early enough half awake to go. Then to the pool/sauna area. I can shower and use their wet or dry sauna and then take a refreshing dip in their beautiful swimming pool before getting ready to do some work, eat or shop - the things BKK is best for! I have travelled all over the world and stayed in 5 star hotels to budget stays. This hotel meets and exceeds my expectations of a 5 star hotel. From the bottom to the top the staff and management give the most excellent prompt attention and service to any issues or requests arising.
