We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Bangkok Hotel Sukhumvit, and I was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk team, bellmen, and even the drivers who took us to and from the airport were all fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail - they seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a huge range of options to suit every taste. A few staff members really stood out - Alex at the front desk made check-in a breeze, Kook from the bellman team was super friendly and helpful, and Duty Manager Patsita and the FOH team even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my dad, complete with a cute towel art design. All in all, our stay at the Carlton Bangkok Hotel Sukhumvit was an amazing 5-star experience. The staff's dedication to excellence and genuine hospitality really made our trip special. We're already looking forward to coming back!

There's always traffic jam outside but it's a given since it's a busy street. Luckily it is walking distance to Emsphere (just 5mins). And 10-15mins to Emporium and EmQuartier and also Terminal 21.

Everything was perfect. Special thanks to the staff - we had been there during the earth quake and staff handled the situation calmly. We received updates throughout the period we had been evacuated and got supported with chairs and cold drinks.. One hotel employee stayed with me while going down the stairs from the 29th floor, though I was slowly and told him a couple of times he can move on and doesn't need to wait (thank you!) What really impressed me that the Hotel Manager was also looking after his team and provided for all water and chairs and medical attention. Well done! Will surely come back

Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit: An Upscale and Excellent Stay My stay at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit was a wonderful experience by all standards. The hotel exudes a high level of sophistication and comfort, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent stay in Bangkok.

No coffee machine with capsules

Large , comfortable room and bathroom. Great shower. Excellent air conditioning and quiet. Massive windows with great views. Amazing buffet breakfast. Staff, incredibly courteous and helpful, always with a smile. Very nice swimming pool area and lovely roof top bar. All areas are light and bright. Position of the hotel is perfect. Train station is only a few minutes away. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops right there..

Nothing to dislike. Should surely tick all boxes for most people.

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, excellent amenities, very good service by friendly and helpful staff.

Better placed smoking area/more (and less public) smoking areas needed for smokers. Rooms are big but a bit austere and slightly “clinical”.

We upgraded to the Carlton Club room and the shower didn’t have wall mounted body soap, shampoo or conditioner. We only received one very small tube of each. Seems like a downgrade and also not very environmentally friendly. Had to request more. Ordered room service for 2 beers, they said it would be there within 15min. The beers never arrived.

Huge bathroom, comfortable bed, strong aircon and contemporary room design

Housekeeping might be too eager as we just went to the pool shortly and the room was already being cleaned when we went back. Clean up room sign not turned on yet.

Faultless from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment I left. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind throughout every interaction. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel offers a great variety at the breakfast and also at the lunch. No matter what you eat, the food is delicious. The swimming pool has been cooled down which makes you feel fresher especially in hot and humid weather. Room and bed was very comfortable. They helped us to organize a full day private Bangkok highlights tour and also a street food tour at night. Thanks to them we spent great time and made most of the Bangkok in only two days. Their roof bar is great, the cocktails are delicious and service is great. We will return again.
