Exceptional stay. Lone female traveller and I was initially worried about this trip as soon as I arrived at the hotel I was greeted outside by Mourad he took my luggage and welcomed me into the hotel. The receptionist that checked me in spoke good English and I immediately felt at ease. What makes this hotel amazing is the staff, the restaurant staff in the evening were lovely and special mention to Said at breakfast for looking after me. Hotel food is great especially chicken cesar salad one of the best I have had and I have had lots :) Housekeeping ladies were lovely and the men that sit in the car park all evening doing security, made me feel safe. Breakfast didn’t have much choice for the British pallet :D but I always found something to eat. Coffee’s amazing and so is the tea. Tangier was unexpectedly beautiful.

This hotel was a few mins drive from the seaside and marina and was a very peaceful to stay at. The service provided by all who worked there was amazing, especially Hicham who made our stay very pleasant by getting things done promptly without us having to wait and ask again. He told us about the local area and where to go to enjoy our time. He showed us around the breakfast place and provided us with the drinks and food we wanted. He was easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. This hotel had very spacious rooms and a clean pool which wasnt to deep. It helped that the music they played was enjoyable. The breakfast at this hotel was beautiful. They had Moroccan sausages, mash with chicken, they had the traditional Moroccan breakfast with other non traditional foods too which made it easier when you wanted have something different. We loved our room which looked out on to the pool, it had air conditioning in there too and really helped us cool down in the high temperate.

The only downfall in this hotel was the bathroom in the room, the water wasnt draining quick enough and the bath with the shower in there could do with the shower curtain to prevent water from spilling out, other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time,

The staff were amazing especially Muhsin & Najwa very attentive and friendly. The rest of them are very attentive and helpful. The hospitality is second to none just make sure you communicate effectively with them to avoid any misunderstanding. Scenery is amazing and the welcoming energy just made me feel safe as a solo traveller.

The facilities like the gym are a bit out of date and neglected but most things are usable and just make sure to ask staff they can usually sort things out for you

Beautiful view from the balcony, we've read many negative reviews but we decided to give it a try as we were only going for two nights. Turned out to be a great stay, staff are super nice, varied breakfast and ok size pool, location is good on a quiet side of Tangier not to far from everything you need ( a short Taxi trip away). There is a small shop next door and a women only spa.

They need to supply seating around the pool

The pool is nice, the ambience was good. The room service staff are good and the guy on the reception was kind. The balcony is good as it is facing the pool. The food is good.

The property is old and needs maintenance and it was not well maintained. The only thing not good about the balcony you can see the other people from there room and they can see you as well. The Internet is bad. The breakfast area is always full.

We were a family with kids. We were given options of rooms to choose the best that suit our needs. Spacious rooms. Free parking. Comfortable bed. Friendly and cooperative staff. Good breakfast and it is included in the price. Close to shopping mall. Excellent price

They should take more care of room cleaning

It's a beautiful grandeur hotel with nice location and superb staff. Ayoub was an excellent front desk staff who showed his excellence. The Hotels is second to none in Tanger.
