Amazing, The friendly reception staff showed us to our room...we stayed just to sleep for 2 nights for 8 hours each night if that...they cleaned our room on the 1st night and wasn't even expecting this !! We were late check in and early leaving...reception was so accommodating...booked through booking.com. Looks are deceiving cause this place is renovated and high on our next stay for value for money !!

Under the bathroom sink, the cupboard is never needed to be opened but once opened it looks like it needs a clean from dust after the renovations, only a slight oversight from housekeeping as it's new renovation and not knowing to open that empty space to clean.

We stayed in a suite which was recently renovated and very spacious for 2 people. Large mirror and lots of room in the bathroom. The location was walking distance to cafe and bakeries. Also next door to an Italian restaurant which served good food.

The outside of the Motor Lodge especially the sign needs to be upgraded. We went in winter and the room was very cold. It took a while for the heating to heat up the room. The bed was a bit too soft however this is a personal preference.

We had a double connecting room and they were both extremely clean , modern and spacious and could not be faulted. There was ample car parking and all Lodge staff were very polite and professional. Also the experience next door at the attached La Milano was first class led by Yad and her team , we had breakfast there each day as well as a family lunch and each time staff, ambience and food were exceptional.

No fault , it was a great property to stay at.

It was central to everything we needed, we went for a hockey Comp and it’s 8mins from the fields. You have all the big supermarkets very local as well. The waterfall shower is amazing, pressure is excellent. Staff are all super friendly and easy to talk to. Love that we had undercover parking.

Not having to pack your own microwave, I’d read reviews before we went and decided to bring our own as the room didn’t have one or a toaster.

Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The family room was upstairs and provided adequate bedding for our 4 guests. Additional blankets were available in the room. The queen room was located towards the back of the property with ease of access on the ground floor. Undercover parking is available onsite that is suitable for 4WD vehicles.

Stair access to the 2nd floor would be difficult with larger suitcases. It was not accessible for our older family member. No microwave. Family room only had a coffee table and 2 chairs not adequate if having takeaway meals in room.

Central Caleula Motor Lodge is in a brilliant position in Orange; it’s a 3 minute walk to a shopping centre and very accessible to the rest of the CBD. It’s on the highway which meant easy access when arriving and heading off, but yet we heard no traffic noise at all in our room. The bed was particularly comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, the bathroom has heating which would be welcomed in Winter, I imagine, and I enjoyed the small plunger with coffee bag provided. The owner graciously allowed us to have a very early check-in on Christmas morning, sending us a code the day before so we could check in ourselves.

Room was very clean and comfrotable

Honestly - we travelled with friends and they had a refurbished room for the same price and it was sensational. Our room was old but honestly it was so clean it didn't really matter. They did stay for 2 nights and we were there only for 1 so it made sense but I look forward to when the motel has refurbished all their rooms so we can get the same experience

The room was lovely and clean and the shower was amazing.

We left something behind in our room which was quite expensive and I called within a couple of hours of leaving and was told it wasn’t there. It took me five phone calls over seven days and finally asking for the owners names before they were surprisingly found.

Heating (air con and dual control electric blanket) worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Good quality and plentiful tea bags (Dilmah) and coffee sachets (Moccona). Under cover parking with undercover access to room. Great location. Room spacious and well designed with good cupboards and luggage shelves.

Outdoor smokers station (bin and fixed ashtray) right under our bathroom window - smoke seeps into bathroom and also comes in under front door- suggest move it out to wall in parking area. Couple of minor faults - shower stall leaked at bottom onto bathroom floor, power outlet next to basin in entrance not working.

Centrally located & within easy walking distance to the main street of Orange . Lots of off street parking with easy access . Room was modern having been recently renovated and well insulated from the outside . Clean & comfortable . Wall air conditioner heated the room very well during cold Orange weather conditions .

Bathroom was a little on the small size
