I love the location of the property, it’s 5-10 minutes walk from so many attractions like St Peter’s basilica and also closer to many shops.

Nothing, although they can add more choices to their breakfast.

Location of the apartment, very close & walking distance to the Vatican. Washing machine at the ground floor for use. Good breakfast and also the views from the 7th floor . Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Spacious apartment with a good terrace.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay due to some maintenance problems. So was a bit stuffy, but if you open the windows, few insects like mosquitoes come in. We got a small table fan from them, but working AC would have made the stay very comfortable.The shower was very small, if you are used to big showers, this will be a bit of a issue. The elevator is also quite compact, but works good & fast. But will be an issue if you have too many bags. May need to do extra trips.

The property was good felt like a hotel, the rooms however felt like an apartment, we took room B5, it was nice but no view, however it was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, comfortable beds, and perfect continental breakfast on the roof with a view of the Vatican and the castle.. the location was great! Staff was very helpful and professional.

The lighting of the rooms was very dim, a bit gloomy and not the best, the bathroom and shower was a bit small but it was ok. No views in some rooms.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, next to the Vatican City, the view from the balcony and the bar at the seventh floor is magnificent. The hotel is well located for public transportation, 10 mins walk from metro station and many bus stops around the area. The staff was great, special thanks to Damiano at the reception for his friendliness and tips for the city and Ana at the breakfast room who made sure that we had everything we wanted. Use of the lounge after checking out with an extra option to shower was something that exceeded our expectations.

This apartment has a wonderful location. It's near the Vatican and many restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops, and is walking distance from the Castel Sant Angelo, the Tiber, and much of the historic center. There is also a very convenient grocery store right across the street. We also like the rooftop terrace where a very nice breakfast and evening drinks are served and there is a great view of St. Peter's Basilica. The beds are comfortable, the place is quiet at night, and there is a small fitness room in the basement. Another great feature is the availability of a good self-serve laundry facility on-site.

We did have some trouble with the electrical system often tripping the breaker in the fuse box when we entered the room. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and showed us how to reset the breaker, but this problem needs repair.

This aparthotel is a perfect option for family travellers. Super clean, quiet and well equipped (the only minor issue was the lack of wine glasses in the kitchenette :-)...especially in Italy, this is a must :-). The staff were very nice, generous, smiling people all around. Breakfast is very varied, tasty (if you do not like the hotel machine coffee, the staff will make you a perfect freshly made Italian cappuccino, which is wonderful). The breakfast area on the terrace with a magnificent view of St Peter's Basilica, the Angel's Castle and Old Rome...this was a great experience. It's very cosy, quiet, great location, great neighbourhood. Perfect choice of restaurants right next door. The treasures of Vatican City are just a few minutes walk away. Also very close to the city centre. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The location, the view, facilities (it has a laundry!!!!) and the staff, all were so inviting and hospitality. The room was modern, great quality furnishings and plenty of amenities and kitchen items such as glasses, cutlery, working dishwasher, drinkable tap water, freshly made beds everyday and restocking of bathroom amenities. Walk out and you have everything you need to enjoy Pratti. It’s literally a short stroll away from Vatican walls and minutes from entry gates. Back street, Borgo Pio, is brimming with restaurants where you can have a cheeky afternoon glass before your walk, and finish the day with a choice of great meal with a glass or two more. Local convenience store is 10 seconds away from the property, you get your drinks and emergency chocolate supplies for late night cravings should you choose. The breakfast was lavish each day with many choices of pastries, cheeses, eggs and protein including yogurts. Honestly the best accommodation of our trip to end the trip. We stayed near Trevi on arrival and finished the trip with Trianon.

The air conditioning wasn’t operational due to some local restriction so it would get hot and stuffy by afternoon. However, leaving the windows open for 10-15 minutes would sort that out. This isn’t a problem for most people in spring and winter but could be an issue for hot days in during winter to spring transition.

The location is A+!! We have a two bedroom apartment for 4 adults, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed. When I booked, it was not too clear about the sofa bed. Luckily it wasn’t too bed! Hotel comes with free breakfast at the rooftop. We enjoyed very much, not just the variety but the view overlooking Vatican and Castel Sant 'Angelo. Loredana, the Manager and Pilar, the Concierge both are very nice and helpful. I would come back again

The property was lovely and mostly clean, with a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent—one of the best we’ve had in Italy! The apartment rooms were spacious and secure, and the facility had a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus for our family of five. My husband and I traveled with our infant and two kids, and we really appreciated how quiet it was at night.

We noticed dust and other particles blowing out of the vents into the room, so it would be a good idea for them to clean the ducts. Additionally, the beds weren’t as comfortable as we had hoped.

The location is fantastic—just a stone's throw from the Vatican and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. Other popular sights like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are also within walking distance, especially if the weather’s nice and you enjoy exploring on foot. One bedroom apartment had so much space and had everything we needed and much more. Toiletries provided were of good quality and the complimentary slippers were a lovely surprise. Area was quiet at night so sleep wasn't a problem. Breakfast was enjoyable, mostly continental, but there were some hot options too—like boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, and their take on baked beans. There’s even a pancake machine, which was a hit with the kids, despite being a bit slow. Having a view of the Vatican while sipping your morning coffee is definitely a bonus. As with most hotel breakfasts, it’s best to avoid peak hours, as the food area becomes small with many people. Grateful for the luggage storage provided, we were able to walk around on our last day without dragging our suitcases in cobbled streets.

Wish there had been more choices for people with dietary requirements for breakfast - lactose free yoghurt, gluten free bread/biscuits, etc.
