Great location, beautiful interior design, helpful staff. Rooms are nice. The roof top restaurant is great for city view.

Breakfast was included with our reservation. We were charged additional money for a simple breakfast - two fried eggs with avocado and turkey ham; only regular coffee was provided, expresso was an extra charge. it was unpleasant surprise for $480/night stay, in other hotels in Mexico this simple breakfast was provided without any problem. The hotel is located on pedestrian street, the place to load/unload luggage is located off the busy intersection might not be accessible if another car is loading/unloading. Call hotel to ensure the parking spot is provided.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location, just walking to the main city center. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and the rooms were gorgeous. The restaurant was excellent, especially the salads. The view from the rooftop was superb, and the waiters and waitresses were extremely kind.

I love this hotel. It is the second time we stayed here. The location is super convenient, the staff are kind and super attentive. The deluxe room was worth it, the room was quiet for the most part. The food was great as well.

The breakfast was large and tasty, which was included in the room. I remember it being a bit more 2 years ago, more Mexican cuisine and things like water and a latte were not extra.

Location was central to the best restaurants and sites. The hotel lives up to its boutique name. Staff were wonderful, sincere, and caring. Certainly, a considerable effort and expense went into renovations.

The quality of service at its rooftop restaurant was sub par but that was countered by excellent food and view.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights 🌙. We loved every bit of it. The room was clean, the facility was clean, smelled great. Entire staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, yes the breakfast menu didn't have lots of choices, however when breakfast, luch or dinner is prepared to order the menu has to be small. That guarantees fresh and great tasting food. We loved that the hotel was down the street from the plaza, and it was also appreciated that the our vehicle was brought back and fourth from staff when needed. San Miguel is a beautiful place to visit, and this hotel made it much more special.

The rooms are interior with no windows other than french doors into an enclosed, open courtyard so they are dark. Lighting in the room was "subtle".

The security guards talked loudly outside my window before dawn at 5am waking me up several mornings until I complained.

Everything about our stay was excellent; clean, beautiful, kind and helpful staff. Location is perfect for tourist attractions, dining and shopping. Breakfast was excellent as well. Beautiful terrace with wonderful view; perfect for sunset drinks or dinner. Wonderful experience, would love to go back.
