I love the manager and staff they are so respectful , helpful and very understanding. I’ve been to 4 different hotels before this one and not one of those other hotels can top the customer service they have here ! The women who cleans the rooms is amazingggggg she needs a raise lol. The beds are super comfy I love it .

The only thing I didn’t like was the little roaches in the bathroom , the only place was the bathroom didn’t see any roaches any where else . If you know Florida then you know it wouldn’t matter if you went to a 5 star hotel you will still find critters .

Room Lack of supplies & things ie cellphone black out worldwide & no ph in rm, no trashcan, no daily fresh towels, frig didn't get cold, outlets weren't working, no bible in drawers

The value is good unless it is the weekend and the proximity to my job is perfect.

It is a little dingy, not dirty just old and the carpeting had at first that old slightly moldy smell that happens when a carpet is really old and rarely deep cleaned if at all.

As I said before good value during the weekdays and convenient location.

The smell of the carpets is a little old and moldy but after some airfreshner and my own personal cleanse the issue was easily solved.

Staff was helpful and very nice

There was 2 water bottles and underwear on the floor. Shower curtain was nasty
