Great location right above Bashamichi station, take the 2a exit and it'll be on the left as you come up the escalator! Superb view of the bay and apartment comes with washing machine/dryer. Has a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and tea kettle, plus coffee machine! Included a stove top, Japanese style. Cutlery and plates and cups all included! Outside on the 1st floor, there is Lincos grocery store, that has all you need to stock up the fridge. TV has Netflix and YouTube app, so you can connect with your mobile phone catch up on some shows before calling it a night. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They kept my luggage as I came in very early. Our studio/room had everything we needed, and the beds were amazing. The kitchenette facilities were awesome; we made our breakfast every day. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and we never heard noise from outside. The location is perfect with access to multiple railway lines, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and sightseeing locations just minutes away on foot. Amenities and security measures were adequate

1. Provide English instructions for the microwave/oven and washer. I only knew what to do because I live in Japan. Someone new to Japan would be confused. 2. Maybe 2 chairs would be better since most times it's 2 or more people per stay. 3. Get a bin that we can open with our foot in the kitchen. I don't like touching the bin when I am cooking.

The kitchen was the reason I selected this hotel. It is very well equipped, clean and the housekeeping staff are exceptionally courteous as well as considerate. The room was also much larger than any previous stays that I have had in Japan. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor with enough options of cooked food. The gym as well as the resident's lounge are comfortable places to spend some time in. Staff at reception were also hospitable and courteous whenever we passed along the desk.

If there were a few more reasonable restaurants/ cafe options within the building that would have been excellent. Parking options for guests could be improved. The drop-off area in the basement parking tends to be crowded at times.

Besides the awesome view, the ambiance of the hotel is very comforting as its quiet, clean and equipped with kitchen which was our deciding point as we were traveling with elderly parents. The staff at reception and the cleaning staff were always very courteous and hospitable.

There was one windy day and there was significant wind noise through the exhaust of the kitchen even when it was off. As its a high rise, the air pressure outside was perhaps too strong. If there are other restaurants and cafe within the complex, that would be an added bonus.

The room was fully equipped, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view—very pleasant overall. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and overall layout. Love the grocery downstairs. And nice common area on the lobby floor.

However, we would have preferred a separate toilet area from the main bathroom for added convenience. Also, housekeeping on our second day was a bit inconsistent—they didn’t fully replenish the amenities according to the number of guests in our room and the cleaning wasn’t quite up to the standard of our first day and the days that followed. The hotel’s location is slightly farther from Takashimaya Mall than expected, but still manageable.

Very clean and high (48th floor) with everything you could ask for in a hotel for a short or long stay. Great to have full size fridge, toaster oven, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and everything else needed plus a combo washer and dryer. Right on top of metro with great restaurants in and around the building and close to park and view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. Front desk personnel were great and they provided a coupon for $500 yen for each day room cleaning as not needed.

Price was high.

Excellent location, close to the cruise ship terminal. Exceptionally clean, facilities were ideal. Most of the appliances have Japanese language controls, the front desk has printed English versions available - you just need to ask. We had two good days where you could see Mt Fuji in the distance as well (only available on western facing rooms). Very close to a supermarket, Starbucks and the Bashamichi train station.

Nothing, it was all very good.

Honestly missing the hotel already, plenty of space, clean and accommodating. Staff were amazing and helpful, they are a great source of local knowledge and always friendly and helpful. The location may seem out of place for traveling to and from central Tokyo but honestly I feel it was worth it for the view and Yokohama itself which I feel was underrated in a lot of people's itinerary. The local MM line basically connects you to all the major hubs to disembark and transfer or stay on for Shibuya and Shinjuku.

The only issue but it's a non issue was the elevator caused temporary pressure on the ears. If you have sensitive hearing something to be mindful of. However easily cured with either drinking or yawning

The hotel/suites start on the 46th floor where the reception, cafe and amazing views welcome you. Our checkin (including the underground parking which was 3000JPY per day) was quick and easy. The room was large and included a balcony, great kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine and large TV. All very comfortable and the ipad in the room can be used for information or ordering room service and a few complimentary items like tea bags.

Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was a delightful place to stay. The kitchenette and washer/dryer in our room added a touch of home, which we greatly appreciated. Although our visit was brief, just one night, the accommodations would be ideal for a longer stay, featuring quality appliances and tasteful furnishings. The location was convenient, boasting a well-stocked grocery store within the building. The views were spectacular from both our room and the hotel's 7th-floor "lobby." Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel's lobby is located on the 7th floor, making the hotel somewhat challenging to locate as it is not a standalone building. Prior to arrival, I viewed it on Google Maps and noted that the entrance was situated at the parking garage's entry. Upon disembarking on the garage's first floor, we navigated through a couple of corridors to find the elevator access to the 7th-floor lobby. Subsequently, we discovered that the hotel's main entrance is accessible from the parking garage's lower level.
