Was perfectly located for us. It was clean and serviced daily! We did feel secure and it was quiet. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped.

•We had specifically communicated with the hotel and requested an apartment with a patio, hoping for a view across the city (as you see it in Booking) and had specially requested such a room. The patio was spacious and accessible from both the main bedroom and lounge area, but it faced the back of an office park building with no privacy at all. It would have been nice to have been told about this so we could have made the decision to take it or not. •Although the property was advertised as air conditioned, there was no aircon in either of the bedrooms. Only air conditioned in the lounge. The staff however did bring in a fan to assist us.

Everything is exactly as advertised, very good spaces, clean rooms, close to Rivonia and Sandton, walk and jog friendly in those early summer mornings, would be nice to have a gym but I'm just nit picking. The staff was helpful and it was an easy check in and out process, pretty automated system. Thank you for having us.

This might be a side bar, but please be aware that there is a damages deposit that is required of R700 per apartment, not sure of the turn around time of return, but you will not get your money on the day of leaving as I too have not as I checked out yesterday morning.

I loved how the room had everything one could ask for. The designers thought of everything to make one feel like home....away from home. The cleaning staff and the reception staff were just exceptional. They went the extra mile for us for any request or assistance. I seriously have not experienced such a pleasant and super helpful staff ever. And I have stayed in so many places before.

Nothing much not to like. Only one thing as a tip. There was a guy that came into our place to check if we had a smart TV under maintenance. That should be done outside of people staying in the unit.

The original apartment we were allocated did not meet our expectations. Major problem was the noise created by neighbours into the early hours of the next morning. A number of issues were also raised about the apartment. The staff were great and within an hour we were moved to another unit. Our ratings represent the balance of our stay . We will certainly look to stay in the same apartment in the future.

The location was wonderful, with stunning views of the city and centrally located. The room was very clean and the staff were all exceptional and super friendly and helpful. The internet was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay over, especially on business.

Noise was a bit of a problem - mostly coming from neighbouring rooms and from the stairwell. Even though there looks to be rules against having parties past 10 PM, some certainly didn't adhere to this.

The location was outstanding. The security was excellent and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped to make a meal. The gas stove was a win. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided were a treat. The only thing that was missing was sufficient soap in the bathroom so a good idea to bring your own. The appartment was truly a home away from home and very comfortable. Wonderful that the appartment was serviced every day too!

Location, apartment neat and met expectations

On our checkout morning while waiting for uber at the turning circle, apparently the owner of the complex drove pass and saw us parked outside by the turning circle. He immediately instructed the security guards to chase us away from the complex and wait somewhere else which was annoying and disapointing. For that reason i wouldnt book this place anytime soon nor recommend it to my friends.

It was nice having a lounge and a desk and a kitchen table and a whole ass kitchen. Like it's a little apartment rather than just a hotel room. Decor and finishes were nice too. It's a good place to stay if you have to do a couple of days. There was even a washing machine and tumble dryer. Was also easy to get uber eats delivered though next time i might just buy groceries rather than get takeout so I don't have to eat so much junk food when travelling for work. There's a balcony and little table if you're a smoker. Nice little soaps and biscuits. Vending machine on the second floor.

Found this place on booking.com and only took it cos I needed a place with washing and drying facilities. I expected it to be very basic but it exceeded expectations! The apartment was very clean, spacious, well maintained and had all the necessary applicances, cutlery and crockery. I would definitely stay here again. It was also excellent value for money. Was very affordable for a family of 4.
