My experience at Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, far exceeded my expectations, and I say this as a frequent traveler. This was thanks to the friendly staff, pristine and high-quality facilities, unforgettable shows, complimentary rides in their vintage car, fantastic food, and beautiful city views. I also had a personal experience that truly showcased the exceptional professionalism of their staff, which I’d like to highlight here: I traveled to Armenia from the U.S. to spend time with my parents, who were joining me from a neighboring country. We stayed in one of the Suites for nearly a week, and it was a truly memorable experience. Due to work commitments, I had to return to the U.S., while my parents stayed on a bit longer. I was a bit concerned about leaving them, especially since they don’t speak the language. I discussed this with Mr. Yegor, the reception manager, and he treated my parents as if they were his own. He addressed all their needs with a warm smile, ensuring they didn’t have a single worry during their stay—even though the hotel was quite busy with events. My parents never felt alone. Mr. Yegor kindly assisted them with taxis, coordinating with the drivers to ensure smooth transportation, and he even invited them to enjoy the beautiful shows and events, making sure they had a great time. I would like to thank you, Mr. Yegor, for your outstanding personality, attention to detail, and professionalism. I had a fantastic time .The staff was super welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything from check-in to dining was smooth and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!

I've had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for various occasions, including dining at the COBA restaurant and enjoying its shows in the past. Every experience was excellent, but staying as a guest exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The Hiyerk restaurant and the breakfast were perfect, offering a delightful start to each day. The room service was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome sweets and fruits, made us feel truly special. The surprise gift for my wife on March 8th was a memorable moment that we will never forget. Everything was flawlessly arranged, and I can't think of a single thing I didn't enjoy. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Yerevan and Armenia. Highly recommended!

What didn’t I like? Well, aside from the fact that I couldn’t move in permanently, the biggest 'downfall' of my visit is that it completely ruined my perspective on my own home! I recently purchased a new apartment with all the well-thought-out features, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering either buying a new place or renovating mine to match this hotel's incredible standards. Basically, my stay set the bar so high that my own home is now jealous!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Seven Visions! We were here for both our pre- and post-wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were fantastic — great communication, incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make our wedding feel extra special with a beautiful room upgrade. The room itself was stunning — a huge bath, great sound system, and every detail felt luxurious. The pool and gym were excellent, and the room service was quick and delicious. It truly was a dream stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend Seven Visions to anyone — simply amazing!

Loved everything about it

I would strongly recommend Seven Visions Hotel to everyone coming to Yerevan. I loved everything about this place, especially the hotel team is of great responsiveness, professionalism and hospitality.

It was almost empty and few services are not worked, like they have special car service free but driver was not available, earlier they had acrobatic shows but now stopped and in hotel pictures they are available, need to booking for table in stage show otherwise they allowed to sit only near bar and I was not informed about this. Hotel is a six star but staff is asking every time in restaurant that do you deposit? Show they need to learn a five star hotel service.

This hotel is truly luxurious. All attributes of this class are present. The rooms are clean and spacious, as is the hotel itself. Everything is done with taste. Room and pool service, as well as the concierge service are good. Breakfasts are excellent.

The location of the hotel leaves much to be desired. There are old buildings around. Walking is not very convenient. In addition, the price for a room in the hotel seemed to me to be too high.
