Check in went smoothly and the Nancy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful on arriving. She called the room to make sure we were happy with our room. The room was up to date and very modern with charging ports available in the outlets. Bathroom was large and bright and clean. The breakfast was very good. Meals came out to order, very fast and hot. Coffee was hot and good. We ate there both mornings of our stay and was good both days. Hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay.

One thing that I didn't like was the water temperature in the pool. But the rest of my family didn't have an issue.

We had a perfect stay with our family and dog. The room was great and seemed rather new. The floors are wood and ideal for pets. The mirror in the bathroom had bluetooth capability, which was neat. The shades were better than most curtains. The swimming pool was fine a little cool and gym was adequate. There was an easy access side entrance where our dog could easily go potty in the back corner woods behind the hotel. Our dog was welcomed by all the staff.

We had difficulty with the TV/remote and getting many channels to work. A shower at the pool and a hot tub would have been ideal. The second floor seemed to have an above average temperature and the rug did have a few instances of pet stains.

Very clean hotel. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean with ample Room to lay out your belongings. Bathroom was beautiful and clean, great bluetooth vanity which was a nice added touch. The pool and weight room are easily accessible and very clean. The lobby is great! Small self service store with snacks, beverages, and essentials that is available 24 hrs. The bar is also quite nice and clean. The servers suggestions and personality were incredible and made our evening even better.

Nothing. This property was great for the price and location.

This is a newer hotel and so there were fancy things like a mirror in the bathroom that could play music. Funny enough that turned out to be a highlight of the hotel. Our kids were over the moon. The fitness center was nice, and the pool was fine.

The restaurant food was fine but 110 grill is next door so next time I would go there instead. The breakfast was great though with make our own waffle bar. The rooms were sort of strange and not much storage space for our belongings (family of four), needed more hooks for towels.

The location was perfect. The staff were so, so polite and friendly, especially Teresa that worked in the restaurant. She could’nt have been any more accomating. I felt we left the Hotel like we were best of friends. I was veryimpressedhowclean everything was. The coffee was so good and free of charge. I loved the bathroom. Everything was so modern. I joined the choice program, and will tell all my friends about your Hotel.i

The only thing was when we used the elevator, it was very cold.

Very friendly staff — super nice. The bar is a great amenity for unwinding at the end of the day or getting warmed up for dinner. We didn't order any food but it certainly looked good. The lobby is a spacious and comfortable place to wait for everyone to come down before heading out for your day. The rooms are likewise generously sized, which really helps when you need to prepare clothes and gear for your adventures the next day. But I just can't say enough about how awesome the staff is.

Really liked the location which is central to everything in town right in the shopping mall strip but also close enough to Story Land for the kids as well as the indoor water park (3 min drive) down the road. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Also really liked the fitness gym on site as well as the indoor pool!

Would have liked to have an ATM machine on site instead of driving down to a bank down the road.

This looks like a new hotel! Modern room with a good bed, large flatscreen TV, excellent bathroom and very clean. The bathroom mirror has built-in speakers with bluetooth function, amazing! You can connect your smartphone and listen to your own music. The lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly! Very good breakfast. Competitive price for what they offer.

Don't remember anything negative.

I liked that they served breakfast and dinner. And that there was a full bar for us adults to enjoy.

The sliding closet door in the room is not aligned correctly. It doesn't slide over far enough in order for you to use the drawers that are under the coffee maker. So we weren't able to put anything in the drawers this was Room 316.

Staff is friendly. The hotel accommodations are modern clean and up-to-date. It’s in a good location in North Conway close to several ski resorts.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a great experience. The only negative was after we came back from a long day of skiing and was disappointed that housekeeping did not clean our room.
