The location is brilliant, right on the front and easy access to the beach/ bars etc. the breakfast was good with a nice choice and freshly made omelettes.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, the bathroom is a strange set up with a small glass door on the toilet and shower. The door didn’t always close properly on the shower so it flooded the room. We had a swim up pool which was lovely and convenient, however there is nothing to stop any other guest using this pool and sunbathing at the section at the end, which is think is wrong for the additional price you pay for the privilege of having this swim up room access.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. You are directly opposite the entrance to the beach, bus stops and taxi rank with a handy supermarket in the same vicinity. I would definitely return to this hotel and I travelled with family including my 81 year old Mum and it is ideal for people whose mobility isn't as good as hers!

The hot drinks at breakfast aren't great and the fruit juice tasted as if it was watered down......... I am being picky though as everything you might wish to eat for breakfast was available. No other faults for me!

The hotel and its staff are amazing! The view over the sea was simply stunning! The beach was just across the street. Animation was taken care of. Overall it was excellent. This hotel has amazing chefs! They will pamper you! I recommend booking halfboard!

The only thing that is a little minus is that swimming pools are quite shallow (1,25m) and maybe not enough for so many guests. However, there is the sea nearby :) so, all in all, there is nothing we didn’t like.

Cleanliness in the hotel and room. The rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels were provided. A very large and comfortable bed. Incredible sea view. Friendly and attentive staff. Very close to the sea. Streets with shops and restaurants, you can have a delicious lunch and buy everything you need for a holiday.

I didn't like the dinners. The first 2 days there was little choice, but when the hotel was fully booked, the choice was bigger. But this is my subjective opinion. My husband liked everything. You can hear street noise until 12 midnight. People are already occupying the sun loungers from 8 a.m. Therefore, my recommendation is that if you want to bask in the sun by the pool, come by 9-10:00 a.m.

Clean, modern, good quality, near the beach. Food good but lack of vegan options. Mostly quite people around, not too loud. Good bread selection at breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lack of vegan options in breakfast and dinner. The Bali bed didn’t have any sun shades (but was shown in the photo before booking). A lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties but didn’t disturb too much. In the booking process I could choose between twin beds or double bed but upon arrival we were told there were no twin beds possible. They have a lot of rules, for example you’re not allowed to take the breakfast coffee out of the dining area to have a smoke downstairs. Speaking of coffee, it wasn’t the best.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location right across from the beach and the view is incredible. The staff were brilliant, always friendly, helpful, and smiling which made the whole atmosphere so welcoming. Everything was spotless from the rooms to the common areas and the breakfast had a huge variety with something for everyone. The pool area was like something out of a movie with beautiful design and plenty of space to relax. I enjoyed every moment here and I am already looking forward to coming back again for sure!

I like everything

We had a swim up pool located in the main building. It was in a private block and shared with four other rooms. You had your own shallow part of the pool for the sun bed to be placed in. Then a full pool to swim in. Great buffet restaurant breakfast was excellent and you could eat in the evening for €19 each. There was a good choice of food. We found two of the restaurants in Palma Nova were over priced this year, service was very rushed too to move you on so we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant twice. It was worth it. Nice helpful staff. Good facilities.

Good location as always and reception staff were outstanding in changing our room and getting a new flight back as ours was cancelled 24 hrs before departure. Diego and Cynthia could not have been more helpful booked the new flight with a different carrier and even checked us in and printed boarding passes exceptional work. All staff were friendly and hard working and facilities up to standard clean pools and surrounding areas. Would recommend the hotel and hopefully we will return in October.

Wi-Fi not suitable for apple iPads and air conditioner quite difficult to set especially as unseasonably very hot. Breakfast has been slimmed down with choices from our last visit in Oct 2024. Food was good although did not eat dinner but talking to other quests they were very happy.

Loved location, clean and modern hotel. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nightly entertainment was nice. Very good breakfast included. Privilege room was great choice with rooftop pool access a real bonus (less busy than general pool areas)

No bathroom amenities/toiletries or face washers supplied except shampoo/conditioner. Coffee sachets only replenished once after first day. Air con temp was locked so found room got a bit too warm & unable to adjust. Fridge also not very chilled, moderately cool only. Pools closed too early at 6.

Various pool options both indoor and outdoor with two diffrent sauna. Gym was quite equipt. Restaurant was super clean with room between tables which makes it comfortable having own privacy. Nice collection of foods (dinner) and breakfast. Really generous with all amazing fruits.

The walls were quite thin. You heard whatever was going on on the next door. Such a modern hotel makes one expect more acoustic rooms. One of hydrotherapy jets in inside pool was out of order which was a pitty. Lack of luggage spot in the room (comfort room).
