Perfect and quiet location right at the beach! Very clean, staff is very nice, food is various and tasty. Balconies are nice with chairs, swimming pool is very spatious.

AC is next to the bed, so it blew right into me at night. Bathroom too small.

Everything was perfect, from the facility to the stuff,location,the pool aria is so clean, big shout out to the guy who's maintening pool aria, also I'm glad to see young stuff being so professional, and yes food was great..

Good restaurant and bar staff. Very good location close to the sea. Well arranged dining, drinks all over the day. Good quality of food. Good room with balcony to the green garden (not main building). Nice walking place along sea side.

On arrival it was offered 'improved' room in main building. After long discussion only we receive reserved room in park area building. First week room cleaning was good, second week was poor cleaning, we report this to management. Not well controlled entrance from beach, seen entered people without straps on hand. No designated smoking area. Zone around pool propose to be non-smoking.

Location in front of the beach, easily accessible for families with a baby. Excellent food with a wide variety for every meal, including fish, fruits, meat, etc. Very pleasant staff, special praise for Ivana. Great event team with different animations for kids and adults. All-inclusive offer is pretty good.

Very hot on higher floors; we were on the 8th floor. The heat was more noticeable in the stairways and elevator than in the room. There are two very small elevators for quite a large hotel building. Rooms are modest and lack a refrigerator, which might explain the 3-star rating. Water pressure is weak on the 8th floor.

Perfect location for a family holiday . No great nightlife nearby so makes for a more relaxing holiday, if you are a young adult and want a party night experience maybe not the spot for you . Right alongside promenade and sea. Pool area very clean and always free space

Would have liked a fridge in the room, found the air conditioning a bit noisy. Some people say food not great but I'd have to say I found it of quite good standard for all inclusive as it was never going to be as good as eating out.

Loved the pool and beach.

The parking was not great. Initially the air conditioner did not work in the room and it was very hot. Repairman fixed it immediately. The bartender acted rude to my wife. It might have been a misunderstanding, but she asked for two drinks and gave him €20 and asked for €15 in return as a tip. He took the money and had my wife waiting while he served other people. My wife finally left without the drinks or money and told me what happened. I confronted the bartender which caused a scene.

First thing I loved was the view when I opened my curtains. Often the photos of the view on the websites are based on optimal times, angles and so on but sea view is a serious sea view. The pictures on the website are exactly what you see in the resort. The locations is great and the access to the beach is awesome. The fact that it is fully inclusive means no worrying about what you eat or drink. The fully inclusive bar really has something for everyone and if you want something else there is always the lobby bar. My children have never eaten as much as they did this holiday so I am super happy about that. Once at the resort there isn't a need to leave unless you want to do sightseeing.

For me the food felt like it was on repeat a bit but having said that the food was well cooked and there was a variety of choice everyday, unfortunately it was almost the same dishes every day. I would have liked a bit more coffee options at breakfast too. Another let down is the lack of hotel supplied loungers on the beach. Kid club isn't really kids club. It is very limited and only for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon but at least there is a playground.

The pool, the beach, the food, the staff and the surroundings. All inclusive service is really good for the price

Not suitable for baby strollers or invalid people, not ramps anywhere and elevators are so small, stroller barely fit with only one person.
