The rooms are exceptionally well designed, yet very convenient and clean.

The breakfast buffet is sub-standard and most days was not ready at posted breakfast hours. Breakfast staff is unengaged, gossiping and helping themselves to breakfast items with guests are on site. Best skip it and treat yourself to a cortado doble and media lunas at one of the many great coffee bars nearby.

The location is absolutely spot on for visiting everything in Buenos Aires. The staff at the reception was amazing- very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and the best out of 3 hotels in Argentina we stayed in.

The breakfast and the restaurant as a whole felt sub par to the rest of the hotel facilities. The coffee at breakfast was pretty bad and there weren’t many healthy choices - most of the food was overly sugary. Dinner at the restaurant was not very delicious and nothing like the Asian food it was advertised for. Overall - would stay at the hotel again but won’t visit the restaurant given the many other options in the area.

Rooms lack a bit of maintenance and there is no good plugs near the bed for the phone. Plugs should be updated.

Hotel staff were well trained and offered many helpful tips. They did everything they could possibly do to accommodate us. We were travelling with our infant granddaughter, and they had a crib in each of our two rooms as requested. This is our second stay in the hotel, and we will definitely consider staying in your hotel during future visits. The location is safe and there are many restaurants, and small stores in the area.

The room was very comfortable, and the staff were truly outstanding. I do think that the breakfast experience could be improved with offering different types of coffee such as Expresso, Cappuccino etc. and made to order omelettes but overall, the breakfast was excellent and provided many choices. My wife and I would frequently go to the corner cafe to get a strong coffee prior to joining the family for breakfast. The hotel provides typical drip coffee.

I loved the size of the room. The bed was comfortable, same as pillows. Good heat/air conditioning. The location is central, you have restaurants, shopping and is near of all interesting places to visit. We had breakfast included that was a buffet you could serve yourself. It was very complete although as we stay 11 nights it was boring to eat same every day. People in the front desk was amazing always trying to help with a smile. As we had a car it was excellent to have a parking lot next door, although it was not included you could park and walk to the hotel.

The only thing I would improve is the shower. Water was not hot all the time depending the time of the day it was cold. Also it was poor the amount coming out from it. The hotel is renovating or doing some work so after 10 am it was a little noisy. It did not affect the sleep time at all.

All very good. All staff most kind ,helpful and friendly. Breakfas was plentiful with plenty of choice. Room was large and airy. Lighting could be better.

No armchair in room. Height of bed. Difficult to get on to if short person . No plug for sink.

Great location and helpful staff

Access to pool a bit strange through a service door, quite expensive for what it actually was . Reception could do with providing water and a welcome drink on arrival. For the price sauna should be included and some soft drinks. No English speaking TV channels.

The staff is excellent and helpful. We had an evening flight out of Buenos Aires and they held our luggage and allowed us a checkout somewhat beyond the standard time; depending upon availability. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe and offers many good restaurants of good value and is walkable to many nearby public parks north of the Avenida del Libertador.

Brilliant location. Big room, very clean. The staff were helpful and professional. I asked for a kettle and it was delivered immediately. The reception staff were happy to answer our questions make phone calls to find out information etc.

The breakfast had limited choice was the same every day. Items were not replenished unless you asked and the staff would take their time to deliver any items requested. Chipped old plates and cups.
