LiveZen was a great find. It was close to the meeting venue, in a great location close to BTS, restaurants, massage, bars and more!! The property was clean and very well maintained. Loved the modern amenities and the climate-and-environment friendly management of hotel resources - down to getting water from a central pantry and allowing guests to use centralised ironing and cooking facilities. Great for long stays. Loved the Japanese concept rooms with very good use of space. Would definitely go again- maybe for a longer stay-work-cation.

Lack of signage outside made it hard to locate the property down the busy street. The pantry needs a kettle and a filter with room temperature water The large fridge and washing machine per room seemed a bit overdone

staff are super friendly, accommodating and helpful in all aspects. the pantry is my love with microwave, stove, cutlery, cooking and dinner wares. the room has washing machine! super! The location is super too, with lots restaurant in walking distance and emporium. emquatier nearby, also the hotel is in the edge of a busy and a quiet area which allow guest to enjoy both part of the life of Bangkok. BTW there is a Michelin recommended thai noodle restaurant 50 meter away from hotel, good choice for breakfast and Queen Bee jazz bar next door that every Sunday evening, jazz performing lovers can come to perform with friends!

the only issue I feel the hotel can improve is to provide the dehumidifier as the room feels humid in rain season. Or upgrade the AC system to make the whole hotel dehumidified like large hotels. Other than this, the hotel is perfect for me!

An excellent choice for longer stays, with daily room cleaning that keeps everything fresh. We booked a room with a kitchen and a workspace—both were really useful for everyday life. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. When we had an issue with the air conditioner, they responded immediately and resolved it, even though it was almost midnight. Later, they left an apology card with some fruit, which was a really thoughtful touch. Another perk is the unlimited free water refiller, making it much easier in Bangkok, where tap water isn’t drinkable or suitable for cooking.

It can be quite noisy if you’re a light sleeper or prefer to sleep with the window open. But that’s to be expected in Bangkok, so it wasn’t a huge surprise.

This were recommended by Taiwanese YouTuber. The design of the room is really cute and have separations of bed, living room and bathroom area even it’s in a small studio, it still feel spacious. Location was perfect, walking distance to BTS and big malls/ restaurants and shops, very convenient

Noise form the street was horrendous, could still hear it when the earplugs were on. Have to move to other hotel due to this Wifi was very bad, almost unable to connect while I really needed to work at that time, took more than half an hour to get fixed, the staff was trying hard to help.

From the beginning I was welcomed by Nice and his colleagues. I've visited many hotels for the past two decades but the hospitality from LiveZen is from another level. It's like being welcomed by good friends starting with the guard at the front gate. The room was perfect with a spacious balcony. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. BTS and shops are just a few minutes walk. A few doors further away there are some restaurants with an Anthony Bourdain vibe.

To get to the hotel the sidewalk in this street can be a little bit of a challenge if you carry a big suitcase but that's for most of the streets in Bangkok. If you just travel with carry-on and a small backpack it's no issue.

This property changed my views on hotel rooms, but also on my own living space back home. There was a special energy to the place; I could have stayed a month. The bedding was perfect and despite the noisy street, I slept like a charm. The washing machine is a great feature, although it could have been quieter. At last, staff couldn’t have been more friendly.

I like hotels with lobbies and this one was lacking some communal space. You enter in a corridor and despite having a couch, it is not very inviting. My room was on the front side of the building and Soi Ari is one very busy road. If I return, I will ask for a room on the side. Wifi was strong, but the smart TV was unreliable and not very smart. Finally, I don’t like that I gave a good score to this hotel, because prices might increase and I will not be able to return!

Such a great place to stay for a week in Bangkok. It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed! I would stay here again and recommend.

We were only allowed to check in early if we paid a fee. They did let us keep our bags there but we had been up since 3.50am flight and couldn’t come back until 2pm. Ended up sleeping for most of the afternoon early evening to recover.

Clean and modern building. Have everything you need although the room is a little small: I was a solo traveller so more than enough for me. Washing machine available with a drying rack and washing soap too which was great for me to use to refresh my clothes. Safe area, good location. Close to Phrom pong BTS station (5min walk) and you could actually stroll along the main road and get to Siam; Nana and all the malls along there

The only annoying thing I faced was that the AC blows directly onto the blinds which hit against the window sil and makes an annoying sounds. Hotel is no smoking so you have to go all the way downstairs and outside the hotel to have a smoke.

This hotel was a surprize in Bangkok - great location, 5 minutes from BTS station, the staff was very welcoming and accomodating, rooms are spacious, well organized and very clean and so was tha share dining space - spotless. Totally recommend this place - it is also suitable for long stays since it also has a washer and dryer in the room. Some rooms, facing the main road can be more exposed to noize, so if you want a quiet room make sure you specify it at booking :)
