The staff was super friendly! I loved them!! Rooms were clean! I also had a sink in my dormitory room, which was really good. And I’m super happy I had breakfast! Morning coffee is what I needed! Thanks🥰

I had an awful neighbour the last night of staying. She was absolutely crazy and annoying. I know that it’s not hostels fault, but it made me feel absolut uncomfortable (she switched the light on in the middle of the night, was talking loudly and started arguing with me in the middle of the night even though she saw me sleeping). Could be very nice if dormitory beds had curtains in between! And the shower… it was quite dirty all the time. Some people can’t behave in shared bathrooms/showers.

Good location near metro, clean rooms, linen clean, comfy, best breakfast I've seen at a hostel, staff nice, kitchen available, easy to find location, easy check in and check out. I felt safe in the room because of the card system.

Please FIX THE DOOR from the toilet at room 400!! It's broken and makes noise when you open and close it. I stayed at the bed next to it and until all roommates went to sleep i couldn't go also because OF THAT NOISE! The kitchen didn't have enough tools not even for a few people (probably it gets stolen), but they should replace it from time to time.

We stayed at this dorm-style hostel, and overall, it was a great experience. The best part was the free breakfast, which was delicious and offered a good variety to start the day off right. The common areas were comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was safe.

However, the only downside was the toilet, it was clean but it had a bit of a lingering smell. It could definitely use some attention.

We had a very comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, shops, and even a McDonald's. There was a park nearby where our kids could play, which was a great bonus. The reception is open 24/7, and although check-in is at 3 PM, they kindly offered baggage storage until our room was ready. Breakfast was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the coffee machine. I would definitely come back next time!

We were not given towels in the room- only staying for 1 night. Make sure bring extra towels

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time, feeling very tired, and requested to check into my room, which was already reserved. Despite explaining my situation, the receptionist told me I couldn’t check in until 15:00. However, when I checked myself, the room was ready. To make matters worse, the room was not heated and was extremely cold, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the quality of the bed and the equipment did not meet expectations for the cold season, further affecting the comfort of my stay. I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility, poor room conditions, and inadequate amenities.

Great breakfast. That was the reason I booked this place and I wasn't disappointed about it. They have a lift.

I stayed in many HI hostels around the world and they had been great. This one isn't. Room was dirty, with cigarettes on my bed. Bathroom was a little hide in my room so I was using the community showers and they were horrible. Cold water, most were broken, old and dirty. I found out our room bathroom the last day. Our roomie was an old woman who turned off the lights when the other guest and me still needed and turn on the lights early in the morning when we were still sleeping. Definitely wasn't a nice stay.

the stuff was really helpful especially Tony and Sergio and the rest of the stuff helpful as well but I did not get the names; very professional and always welcoming cleaning staff very respectful and always smiling easy access everywhere; few churches around which I can walk to as well as Aldi 5-8 min walk Lidl approx 10-15 min walking rooms are comfortable with shower inside big kitchen when you can cook and keep your food in the fridge every day breakfast included which was extremely helpful as France is quite expensive breakfast included selection of jams and honey selection of bread; milk; lots of cereals cheese and ham,; yogurt; butter tea;coffee; hot chocolate and juices you can leave your luggage on the day you leave which was really helpful luggage storage downstairs laundry and dryer lounge to relax thank you so much and I should visit that place again I have enjoyed my birthday

only room was really hot but it helped as staff offered bed close to the window that I have opened.

I like the fact that breakfast was included, that the metro and trams were within 5 to 10 minutes walking time. I also liked that they had notice boards with a wealth of information and a secure place to keep luggage

I did not like the fact that on arrival, there was one person at the reception desk and to wait about 30 minutes to check in. The lack of plugs in the room was appalling and not placed in strategic areas. There should have been one near every bed. How stupid to have a socket over the wash basin and one near the door where you switch on the main lights i The shower was not very powerful and kept going off after every 5 seconds would be better to place a one minute timer, giving the water time to hear up

Breakfast perfect- nice selection, equipment working well . The location was okay, not the best, but the lively atmosphere of the Auberge makes up for any deficiencies. Staff was always helpful and efficient. Could deal with many languages. I’m intrigued with the community that the Auberge had developed and would of liked to stay longer. I will heartedly recommend a stay here.

Neighbourhood seemed a little rough with so much police presence, but was a family area to and very well lived in. Curtain on bed would of been nice.

The staff was sweet 👍 24 hours reception! Free Great Breakfast buffet (I’m vegetarian) - There were bread, baguette, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruits, different types yoghurts, butter, apple sauce, fruit juices, corn flakes, milk, cheese, meat slices etc.. Luggage storage option for check-in and checkout dates. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall safe location, nice budget hostel.

There was a male housekeeper who cleans girl toilets and girls dorms. I was sleeping in my dorm and I kept hearing little noises, when I woke up, the male housekeeper was staring at me. It was very awkward and same in the toilet when I came out of shower. Please I request the hostel to make sure that female housekeepers enter female dorms or female toilets.
