My wife and I had a refreshing overnight stay in Atlanta on May 23rd, after our long-haul Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul . . The allocated room was clean, fairly comfortable, and well-organized, ensuring we were fully relaxed for our continued travel to Houston, IAH on the following evening . . We felt particularly secure with the mandatory access card scan for our elevator use, a great safety and security feature by Sonesta👌. . The free shuttle bus service at the South Terminal (curbside area) of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, was readily available for both arrivals and departures👍. . The free breakfast perk, included with our reservation, was a welcome gesture and an appreciated amenity😊. . .

The ice maker machine seemed to be out of order on our floor 😒. . Just a heads-up: they require a $50 dollar deposit (refundable) for incidentals that wasn't mentioned on the Booking.com website . . .

The shuttle to and from ATL came every half hour and the drivers were all very efficient and helpful with baggage, etc. Hotel staffing the front desk were also very courteous and helpful. The large room was spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the all white, soft bedding and plentiful towels. The hotel advertises a breakfast option for $18, presumably available at the Burger Place (the nearby restaurant), which opens at 6:30 am, but we did not take advantage. The only dinner option was at the Burger Place, which had a very stripped down menu (don't believe the menus online) and bar options. Nonetheless, we did our enjoy our dinner. Wait staff were lovely, and the blackened salmon was especially good!

Availability of a continental breakfast at the hotel would be great. There was coffee in the room, but no cream so we didn't use it. A couple of mini moos would have been great.

can’t thank the Sonesta Hotel enough for how they helped us during a tough night. After driving 8 hours with my 3 children, we arrived in town only to find out our original hotel had messed up our reservation. At 3 AM, I was exhausted, in tears, and didn’t know what to do. I called Sonesta, and from the very first moment, they were kind, helpful, and understanding. They got us in right away, and the moment we walked in, I felt such relief. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and safe. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was fresh and tidy. My favorite part was the hot shower – it felt amazing after such a long day. My daughters absolutely loved the stay and kept saying how nice and clean everything was. It turned a stressful situation into a restful night, and I’m so grateful. Thank you, Sonesta, for being there when we needed it most. You truly saved our trip. 💛

Hallway were loud

I liked that there were no bugs, cigarette smells, or riff raff hanging about. My stay was somewhat quiet. I mean, it's a hotel, so it's not going to be quiet all the time. The tv service was good, and you can plug in up to 3 hdmi devices. I had my Roku Streaming Stick and Nintendo Switch pluged in, and they played just fine. The front desk staff were nice. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I will definitely come back here for another stay.

Well, the rooms are outdated. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was low, but the shower was good. The a/c would buzz when I turned the heat temperature up. The furnace is outdated but is good for what it does. The mattress is a little hard for my body, but it sleeps okay. The TV service I wish had more channels to watch. Also, this is not something bad. I just want to point this out. The breakfast you don't pay the front desk you just go to the restaurant next door and order. And if you order any kind of delivery, i.e., food, groceries, etc, you have to go to the lobby and get it because the front desk staff will not let them up do to the hotel policy, which in my opinion should have been something they said to me when I first checked in.

Hotel was more then standard it was kind of nice! Definetly a great deal being so close to the airport, they have a much bigger restaurant/bar then may hotels. you can tell this place is well kept up.

They automatically charge you from your deposit even if you dont have a car to park, unless you tell them you dont have a car, thats slightly unethical and seems kinda scammy, my opinion "(stop having folk pay for parking who stay there)"and as usaual this place as many other hotels the pool was not open, at the time. Also the one staff member I first encountered behind the front desk upon checkin me in at night, was kinda rushy and had a little attitude, but the other many made up for her short comings. They need better equipment for the gym, I love using hotel gyms away from home when I need too, a hotel this size should have a much better gym!

Bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in many hotels. My room was very clean, plenty of lighting and outlets to charge devices. Comfortable chair to sit and read. My room was a deluxe king, so I'm not sure if other rooms offer these amenities. We'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel restaurant manager didn't want to seat me in a booth saying he liked to save booths for two or more people. There was only one other party in the restaurant at around 7 pm on a Sunday night. I pointed that out and told him I didn't plan to linger and he pointed to a booth and told me I could sit there. Front desk person when I arrived to check in was minimally gracious. Not rude, but very perfunctory.

Nothing wrong with the room. The king bed was nice. It was what I needed after my long drive. The shower was weird, since it had no curtain or door and was just tucked around a corner. But I liked that it was unique.

I wish the pool could be open later, but I understand some time is needed for maintenance. It was nice anyway, in the morning. The coffee was awful, but hotel coffee always is. No real surprises there.

I will come back 10 times it was all love the staff in the kitchen,Tasha the Bartender not sure of his name but he made the best Rum punch .Our breakfast was omg wonderful the waitress she was wonderful an we are from the same Island.overall we loved it an gave you all 10stars a 100 times

I didn’t like that I had to leave so soon

Everything was great. Clean, affordable, and great staff. On the night I arrived, I observed the front desk attendant named Mark, perform a stellar job at a busy front desk. His customer service skills, Efficiency, and kindness deserve special recognition. He made a terrible night for me that much better, and because of my experience with Mark, and great stay, I will be using your hotels in the future. Side note my stay was very short, however it was one of my better experiences if not my best experience with a hotel.

I had no complaints at all

Decently priced and easy to get to. The shuttle bus drive was amazing with all our bags and dog.

The elevators seemed to have been broken along with the ice makers on a lot of floors. Also the day we were checking out, we informed the cleaning lady we weren’t ready yet however when we came back they were already cleaning the room and I was unable to access it.
