The Hotel Indigo was centrally located, right near the architectural heart of Columbus's downtown area. The staff were exceptional, especially the two Kims, Jared, Brooke, and Stephen. They even have a hotel dog! (Tripp) I hadn't been feeling well due to a cold, so I appreciated having a hotel restaurant that was quite good. The room was very comfy and had a chair and ottoman so you didn't have to sit on the bed all the time.

I liked everythingi about the hotel.

The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have stayed in this price range and maybe even above. Beautiful rooms, creative design, comfy bed. I needed only one night stay and thought I would leave first thing in the morning but I enjoyed it all so much and stayed till 12:00 checkout time. The gym is amazing, spacious, well equipped.

Breakfast had to be prepaid only.

They had an extensive breakfast menu, and we tried a few. My one complaint was the yogurt parfait was too sweet, like pudding. Every other breakfast was done well and the bacon was crispy. Good pancakes. The location was excellent and we could walk into town or get to the Visitor Center easily in a 8 minute walk. Parking was free and on site. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Cute little dog in the lobby is the hotel mascot.

They had a nice indoor pool and gym, neither of which we used. The hotel had a small fridge in our room, but no microwave.

How early the pool closed. We were told it close an hour later by another employee. So I don't know if they just close it earlier when they feel like it or if it's an actual set time. Considering that's why we chose the hotel, I just wished it was open later. Especially on a weekend

I liked everything! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was nice and everything very clean. Bed was comfortable. Many in room coffee and tea pods to enjoy. Had dinner at their Bistro and again had great service and food. Tripp their ambassador was so sweet!

Didn’t have one thing negative here.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. We wanted a refrigerator in our room and we were moved to a room that had one. Also, we loved being able to walk to most activities such as restaurants, Beer & Wine Festival, and cultural venues.

The elevator made noises...bumps, squeaks,...

We've stayed here several times and always have been very happy. It's a nice get away an hour and a half from home. Brought my 5 yr old this time, she loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was very good as well!

Really have nothing negative to say ever about our stays here

We had excellent customer service especially Front desk Stephen when we checked in and all evening. Very helpful, pleasant and truly came across as he loved being there!!!!

Loved the hotel, staff and facilities. Breakfast was amazing, pool and hot tub were great. Will definitely be back when we visit Columbus next time

The Room was great, the staff was great and the restaurant/bar was very convenient.. Food was very good as well. The staff went out of their way for us, we needed a microwave and they found us one.
