We upgraded to a Thomas room. It was so worth it. Room was so spacious and my son loved it. It had a smart TV on every bed within the bunk bed. However the main TV had no Netflix etc. Ask for a bath mat if your room has a bath as its quiet slippy. Staff were amazing and so helpful especially JOSH who had the nicest manner and was super helpful and amazing at his job. He deserves a money raise!!! Food was amazing and they had plenty of gluten free options. Close to park with early access at 10am.

Nothing bad to say at all.

Excellent hotel. The staff were polite, smiley and extremely helpful. We stayed here because we attended a wedding at the venue. The room was large, clean, had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Large clean bathroom. Throughout the venue it was clean and tidy. The bar was reasonably priced. I did expect higher prices for it being a hotel but a pint was the same price as our local pub. Quick and efficient check in and out. Breakfast was a good buffet style, Plenty to choose from.

Dirty cups at coffee machine in the morning. I pulled 5 out before I found a clean one or one that wasn't chipped. I understand this hotel is at a theme park so evidently there will be kids in the hotel, but there was a lot a screaming children. Also, I'm a light sleeper even after consuming drinks at the wedding, I was awoken to staff putting an invoice under our hotel door dueing the early hours. Which I found particularly strange, when I had prepaid and already has an email receipt.

EVERYTHING. Excellent reception booked in by Millie a most lovely young lady very warm & welcoming. Gave us all information necessary extremely helpful. The dining room staff equally lovely young ladies could not be more accommodating both were just very warm and I would say very happy in their work all three staff were a real credit to themselves AND the company.

Just could NOT find anything to quibble over. The hotel was excellently well maintained spotless clean food was superb. Plenty of hot Water lovely comfy bed& room. A delightful stay would definitely recommend and stay here again. Breakfast was a feast again with a truly lovely young lady who looked after us. Sincere THANKS TO ALL.

The location was fantastic, perfect for staying for our evening in one of the Function Rooms (Hamilton Suite). The room was comfortable and had all the items you would need (eg. iron, hairdryer, tv, kettle, safe, extra pillows). The bathroom was nice, and it was great to have 2 chairs instead of the usual 1! The staff were friendly and helpful and they were much more efficient than when we stayed there last year. Breakfast was nice and there was a wide choice of items.

It would be much better if checkout time could be 11am! The hotel was very pricey for its facilities and room. The mattress was a bit on the hard side.

Amazing hotel. Close to theme park entrance, literally 2min walk. Thomas theme runs throughout the hotel. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Adam. Everyone so good with the kids. Sir Topham Hatt was in the restaurant Saturday morning and did a meet and greet with every table and took photos with the kids. Good food and drink choices in restaurant. Evening entertainment on the Friday night for the kids - musical games, magic show and balloon modelling.

Onsite shop was literally only open once in the 3 days, on the morning we were leaving. Would have been good to be able to book hotel and park tickets together at cheaper rates.

5 night stay, nice and clean and comfortable, great staff. Nice and peaceful, good bar/restaurant and food! Lovely garden area. Wish i had stayed here the first week i was in the area too. Great location for where i needed to be and no road noise. Would definitely stay again!

Horrible toilet paper! Got my own. It's probably the only real thing that could of been better really 😂 other than that no complaints, very happy with my stay!

The grounds of the hotel are great we went for the night to Thomas Land and stayed in the hotel This will of been the 4th time we have stayed over first time was 2014, 11 years on it's still good but not as good. The breakfast wasn't as nice as it usually is and the food in the park was awful we went to the burger joint it was very disappointing for £58 for a family of 4

Breakfast and the fact the Zoo was shocking so dirty overgrown weeds etc no animals to be seen at all

We absolutely loved this hotel, this was our 3rd visit we travelled over from Ireland and honestly this hotel is top class. From the staff to the food to the comfort and how clean this hotel is spotless. I wouldn't stay any where else only here. Our kids loved all the Thomas themed stuff in the hotel, and we got a free upgrade to the Thomas theme bedroom which just topped off our stay

Only thing we didn't like was having to leave

A lovely hotel, large rooms with good quality furnishings, good shower (over bath), friendly staff, nice restaurant serving good food.

This is by no means a complaint - the quality of the fixed furniture in the bedrooms is really good, but they are starting to look a little dated. We arrived almost at the end of service for dinner, as did a few other guests - Our fault completely, but the restaurant was already busy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed, or possibly a little understaffed.

Well thought out facility. Bathroom was very clean. Working air conditioning that was easy to turn off or adjust. Quiet background ambience - no noisy hotel wide fans or extraction units.

Was told that because we used booking.com that we had to pay £7 for parking as we had a cheaper rate room. This suggests that others did not have to pay. I do not consider £189 a cheap rate for a couple. City centre top ranking hotels are cheaper than this and just as well appointed. I am also aware of packages where family’s can stay and have park passes for less than our room only cost. We were there for a charitable event in the Tower suite. No decent IPA type of drink served in Tower suite. Main hotel sold Atlantic IPA but this did not extend to the Tower suite for domestic reason causing some disappointment.
