I liked the layout of the room[2 bedroom suite-1 room had 2 twin beds w/bathroom in it, living room had a sofa bed and main room had a queen bed with bathroom in it], spacious enough and good privacy-we were given the option of a ground level room or one on the 3rd floor. The staff were kind and attentive in the main office, pool and the jacuzzi were nice sizes and not too deep[3.5-5.5 ft deep approx] which was enjoyable for the kids. The market had a good amount of drinks, snacks, personables, etc. Plenty of parking when we stayed [Saturday-Monday]. They are pet friendly just have to inform ahead of time (even though we didnt have any)

The numbering of the bldgs can be confusing initially because the even numbers are behind the odd-numbered bldgs. No elevators if on the upper floors. Housekeeping comes 1x a week instead of daily or every other day. Our trash built up pretty quickly for 3 days[with cooking and other activities] and for the kitchen-No oven and only a 2 burner stove

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The outside courtyard area is large and has 2 or 3 grills. The pool is very nice. The location is a short drive to the nearby beaches. We felt very safe here. We would stay here again.

The breakfast is typical of American hotels with plenty of unhealthy carb options, breads, pancakes, cereals. The only issue was that we had trouble with our door lock and card keys not working properly. We weren't the only ones. Besides the couch, it could use a nice living room chair.

The location is great and the property is really nice. I liked the pool/jacuzzi and the option to get on the grill if you want. The breakfast was good, a little more than I expected.

The hotel rooms need a serious renovation. The furniture is old and raggedy. It just looks dirty. It’s not a good look especially when it’s 1 of the options for someone to sleep on. The cushions to the sofa in my room were torn up like an animal did it, the back of the sofa I can see the wood frame. Computer chair had stains.

My room was clean, and my bed was amazing!! ( I have never given a hotel amazing for a bed before I am super picky. ) The service was great. I love the pool and spa they are always clean. The courtyard has great places to hang out. Breakfast and coffee were good for free. The location is great. it's close to the freeway and close to Del Amo mall. I love the option of having two separate rooms for privacy.

Ok, so here are my only issues, and I feel they are minor, but the pillows are too small and floppy. While breakfast was good on a busy day the dining area gets crowded, I also wish the breakfast was extended out one hour longer till 10 (but hey its free breakfast) Also we stayed in a two bedroom queen suite but it doesn't make sense that there is only one barstool at the counter. We couldn't eat at the "desk" because we used that for other purposes. It's big enough to rearrange and have a small dining table, in my opinion. Other than that, everything is amazing here. Like I said, my gripes are small, and I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and nice. I enjoyed my breakfast on check out day and regretted sleeping in the day before. I loved being on the top floor despite the lack of elevators, because fresh air made up for it.

I didn't love the lack of streaming services on the tv. I wish breakfast was open for just one more hour! It is an easy mistake but me and my partner were sleeping in, we both work a lot, and housekeeping knocked on the door to tell us that check out was at 11am. We were confused because we weren't leaving until tomorrow. We sorted it out, but only after coming to the door in our pajamas.

The suite we stayed at was so clean and modern. The restroom was huge, and the water pressure from the shower was spectacular. Front desk receptionists were professional and welcoming. The area felt safe. There's a Walmart nearby and other shopping centers. We were able to cook a home meal during our stay. It's such a home vibe suite felt so relaxed. The gym was open 24 hours, and we were allowed to park 2 vehicles for free, bonus.

Some people were running around being loud and obnoxious at night, disturbing the peace. There's security guards, but I'm not sure how often they check the property. The TV in the bedroom was outdated, but the living room TV made up for it.

The rooms are good size for family of 5, Each room has their own shower and toilets. The hotel have full size refrigerator, utensils, working stove. The hotel also have BBQ grills by the pool area.

They are doing some construction during our stay. It's quite busy with all the construction people. They were everywhere, unable to open the curtains due to privacy concerns. Their supplies and equipments storage containers are right in front on the room we stayed at. The hotel did not have or provide bar stool in the room we stayed at for family of 5. We are eating standing up.

I loved the room. The kitchen was extremely helpful to have so we could keep all of my son's food refrigerated and heat them up when needed. I appreciated having a crib provided with our stay, as well. Overall, the stay was fantastic!

My family seemed to not care for the breakfast that much. The coffee seemed to be good though. I also wish the TVs in the room were actual smart TVs that can access things like Netflix or YouTube instead of having to watch local cable.

The staff I believe he was a maintance worker, but he seen my 3 boys come out to help me with the pizza and snacks I went to retrieve. I couldn’t access my room, went to the front desk to retrieve new keys to see the maintenance guy telling the lady at the front desk I had more than 6 people which it was just only me and my kids.They also followed me back to my room . That’s really the only thing I didn’t like about my stay!!

Unlike us, our son is not used to sleeping in cheap, dingy motels. We had just come from one such dingy motel. Won’t mention names. So this was a breath of fresh air. He walked in first and came running out saying, wow! We should stay here for a long time. Unfortunately, we are only in this area for a day! The suite was bright, clean, and was more like a private apartment.

Nothing. They were doing renovations but that’s a good sign. The previous motel we stayed at needed renovation — like demolish it and rebuild it from scratch.
