Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was nice, not a huge range but enough there to make everyone happy, tasted good. Waffle maker was a nice touch! Bed was great - firm mattress which we like. Plenty of hot water when required and nice big rainfall shower.

Noise from outside on street. We actually thought we left our window open the 1st night. Would not advise if you are a light sleeper / easily woken. Juices are not real fruit juice. There is a charge to use the safe - not expected from a Hilton Hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn Padova City Centre is well situated, making it easy to explore Padua on foot thanks to its convenient walking distance to the city centre. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for visitors seeking comfort and a central location, especially if you value space and don’t mind a short walk to your car.

The main drawbacks were the breakfast, which was quite average and lacked variety, and the free parking, which is not directly at the hotel and requires a short walk. Otherwise, the facilities were just okay—nothing particularly special or memorable.

Overall great experience. Great hotel, great staff. All the most important things i need to be comfortable in a hotel were present: tea kettle (a very stylish SMEG one, also a small SMEG fridge is another lively touch), comfortable bed, good shower, all clean and well-managed. My room was opposite the elevators so I was wondering if it would be noisy -- not at all, no disturbance, I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel even gave as a small gift chocolate eggs for the Easter -- I really had a great experience and would return to the hotel. Thank you!

To add bathrobes and slippers in the rooms would add to already a very comfortable experience.

Comfort, clean

The fact that an amount is reserved on a credit card and then only released nearly 4 weeks !!! after full payment is highly unreasonable. This results in a double charge impact on the card—both the payment and the reserved amount—effectively reducing the available balance until the reservation is lifted. This practice is unacceptable. (To me it looks like a fraud...)

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was a bit far to walk from the train station, but close and walking distance to many of the main attractions of the historic center like Palazzo Bo, Palazzo Liviano, Fruit Market, Clock Tower and the Jewish ghetto. The amenities were exactly as listed so no disappointments there. We read from others that slippers weren't provided so we brought our own. In fact, slippers are not listed as an amenity.

There is only space for hanging clothes - no drawers or other places to store folded clothes unless you remove the safe and the hair dryer from the only drawer provided. The sliding closet door was mounted the wrong way so when it was open, it blocked the entrance to the bathroom area. The TV wasn't centered in its space within the surrounding structure - not a big deal but I'm a bit sensitive to these details. :-) The breakfast was extremely expensive for what it was, so we opted out of that. For 2 people it would have been €36. We had an enormous breakfast with special coffees instead at the famous Caffè Pedrocchi for €45 - a much better experience and just a few € more! There are also many other cute little bars and caffès in the area that cost much less.

Location is perfect, very close to the historical centre and tourist attractions. I visited the gym, it was equipped well. The pillows were also very comfortable. So, the staff was helpful and friendly. And breakfast good enough.

The room is tiny but has a huge wardrobe with iron doors that block the whole room while opened. At the same time the room has a large empty hall. There is nothing, not even a hook for a coat. Why not to place wardrobe here? for example). Uncomfortable unfortunately, especially for a long stay. Very dusty under the bed.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable, except for the amount of drawer space (in the bedroom and bathroom) and lack of coat hangers. I did seem to have a problem receiving top up tea bags and milk (even though I asked Reception to have housekeeping do it) so I had to obtain them from the breakfast buffet. It might also be helpful to have a shelf in the shower so users can put their own bath products somewhere.

Nothing that I didn't like as such, the staff and the room were great.

- spacious and clean room - well-equipped bathroom - good breakfast - great location: easily accessible from the train station by bus, an easy walk from the old center

- without slippers and a bathrobe (I wouldn't necessarily need a bathrobe, but it's a 4-star hotel) - difficult check-in, takes a long time (I don't know what the front office receptionist ticks on the computer for whole minutes); I think the check-in/check-out software should be simplified, the receptionists and the customers suffer unnecessarily - at check-in, a credit card is requested (debit card is finally accepted) for what it is not clear (the bar is empty, you have nothing to take from there); I don't think it's right to take the data from your card, possibly also the CVV/CVC Code (I have no idea what the receptionist writes on that computer); I did not find this requirement in the reservation conditions, but maybe I was not careful enough

Junior suite for my family of four was very spacious. We arrived very tired from the night train at 6am and the staff very kindly let us into the room straightaway for a nap which was so helpful. There wasn't even an early check-in charge. The breakfast was lovely, my sons were very excited by the waffle maker! The self-service laundry was great value and very helpful to have. Location was brilliant - particularly because it was opposite the best gelateria we have ever found! Walking distance to all the sites of Padova.

More towel rails in the bathroom and more clothes storage would be really helpful.

The location is fantastic. Its close enough to walk to the city centre and there is also a bus stop right outside that goes to the train station. The rooms are nice and spacious and really nice design. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing too! Very powerful. It has everything you need from a safe, iron and iron board and even a smeg fridge and kettle. The hotel is quiet too so you dont hear noise from other rooms. The reception staff are also very helpful.

The breakfast was great but just a little annoying to have 1 self service coffee machine for the whole restaurant. There were long queues for coffee all the time and the machine broke on several occasions.
