We stayed on two occasions, both on a Thursday. Our first visit was VE day and due to it beginning a holiday & most restaurants nearby closed we ate in the hotel, so had basic but good meal. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with good choices. We ate out on the second evening. We liked the secure off-road underground parking. The room was comfortable and clean and staff friendly & helpful.

On our second visit, our breakfast was poor, with food not being refilled and the scrambled eggs and bacon unappetising.

Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was pleasant with a range of options. Good location opposite the football stadium and a short tram ride away from the city centre. Excellent value for money.

Staff could have been friendlier. The pillows were of poor quality.

The breakfast selection and presentation was super. Room bright and clean. Busy vibe to hotel. Very good location for exploring the city. Garaging light and secure.

Clean comfortable room, with tea & coffee making facilities. The fact that the hotel served food in the evening was lucky, as everywhere nearby was shut due to VE day celebrations and there was a good choice at breakfast.

Everything really. Good parking. Excellent check in with Justina who was helpful friendly and efficient during our interaction. Hotelay not be central but tram line just outside is excellent. Breakfast was lovely.

Spacious comfortable, clean room. Central location for exploring Clermont Ferrand on foot. Free underground parking was very welcome. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Comprehensive breakfast buffet.

Hotel was quiet and room clean and confortable- à good place for a good night's sleep

A longer walk to town than we thought as the name 'center' would have you think it was central

Hotel, Staff, facility were all very good. Restaurant close by. Especially have to comment on the reception staff who were very helpful when we had trouble exiting the parking garage. Also helpful in suggesting where to eat. Would recommend staying again.

Cannot think of anything that we didn't like.

Clean, modern hotel. Nice breakfast. Good safe underground car park. Had a great sleep in the comfortable bed.

Bit annoyed that I had to pay full car charge for my motorcycle in the car park but on the plus side, it was secure.

Great location, underground car park, easy access to town centre by tram. Friendly staff. Very clean. Great value for money.

All the breakfast mugs were chipped.
