Location is excellent, near the sea and the Opatija center, We had sea view top floor suite and the view was stunning. We liked both breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of options to choose from for breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the suite / sea view de luxe room on the top floor we got and all amenities for our dogs that were prepared in the room. Initially we booked de luxe sea view room for 2 but on the last moment our daughter decided to join us as well. We called the hotel late in the evening and Ms. Ana Turato, hotel´s Director of Sales helped us immediately and assured us we will get appropriate room. And she really arranged it perfectly. All associates across the hotel form the Front Desk to the Restaurant were very kind and helpful. We even got a small Valentine´s surprise in the room from the hotel on Friday. Thank you very much for everything.

At the room´s entrance we missed something to hang our coats and jackets and put shoes. It was raining outside. That´s the only thing we missed. Otherwise, everything perfect.

The stuff was exceptionaly kind. Especially the younger male receptionist, he was very kind and helpful. We were late for breakfast but the kind ladies still served us and we are very grateful for that. Food was tasty and pleasant atmosphere. I liked the view. Hotel is nice.

In the bathroom the hand washing sink is to narrow so the water leaks on the floor every time you wash hands. It is not practical. The toilet brush is also not practical it absorbs too much water so it leaks and wasn't really neat. The hygiene was okay but could be better and also the bathroom could be more practical. The sheets in the bed were clean and washed but it had some red flakes on it. Probably left from the washing. Also there is not enough parking spaces for hotel guests.

I have traveled for work, but with my pet. The dog was well received, which is always wonderful, the facilities were also well adapted for pets and visitors without pets (so nobody is uncomfortable). The breakfast was out of this world, the selection of croatian and international breakfast foods was amazing, with different kinds of dairy and non-dairy-plant drinks, hot foods and cold cuts, sweet and savoury... and there is also a lovely terrace to have the meal on. The bathrooms were spacious, the beds and towels soft and clean.

I stayed in a disabled-adapted room because the one I booked had issues with the lock (which was a bit of a nuisance because of the bathroom setup and the mirror placement in the room), though it is good to note that it was indeed an accessible room. The other issue has to do with the fact that old/repurposed buildings on the coast feel cold as soon as temperatures start to go down, so packing warm night clothes is a must if you want to sleep comfortably.

I went to stay for one night at the hotel with my husband and three babies. It was to celebrate our 7 years of marriage and my husbands birthday and the receptionist manager Dora made our stay beautiful! She was very kind and even offered homemade cookies for our children. We drove a long way and I had a cold and the team there was welcoming and had prepared the room beautifully. The room had the most beautiful view of Opatija I had ever seen. The cleaning lady, the chef, the servers, and the team at the hotel also provided at environment of kindness and we’re always ready to help. The room was impeccable, clean as could be, modern, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We were delighted to stay at such a beautiful hotel with such great hosts. Everything about the hotel and our stay was truly amazing! I highly recommend this hotel to all couples, families, or anyone who wants to stay at a luxurious home away from home.

The Hotel is immaculate. The view from the sea side balcony was perfect. The building was very quiet, I never heard noise from other units. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, and informative. Very walkable. There was a lift to get to the reception area, and a lift to get up to the rooms, which was a big selling point for us.

The wifi was weak. I had to use the hotspot on my phone to get a good connection. Also, the listing said there was a sofa bed, which the sofa could have been converted to, but there was no bedding for it. We made do, and we probably could have asked for bedding, but we thought it would be there.

Beautiful hotel, location was fantastic. The food was excellent, the quality was outstanding and the choice was plentiful. The rooms where lovely and very clean. All the staff where fantastic. Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Particularly Andrija that works in the restaurant, as a solo guest, he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He is a very kind young man and a credit to his profession. I would highly recommend this hotel as overall it was fantastic and the value for money was excellent.

This hotel is really one one of the best we have ever stayed in.... and we have stayed in a LOT of hotels.

the location of the facility is ideal, the heart of Opatija , close to everything, good breakfast!

a bit small rooms, parking 25€ per day is a bit much . At breakfast we experienced the invasion of the Chinese, different culture Ok! but it was like a locust attack, they plundered everything, total chaos, they touched everything with their hands, they took bread and put it back, disgusting

Perfect location, excellent room with sea view, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Absolutely recommended for short or longer stays.

The hotel offered onsite parking at booking.com and that was a main point for the selection of this hotel and we explicitly mentioned the need for it during the booking process. Despite of that we were charged 25 EUR for parking in a nearby parking house.

There’s a circular, glass-walled lift from street to Reception level. Pleasant terrace facing the sea (view between buildings). Check-in was smooth. “Superior Double” room was fine: high ceilings, bright room, mini-bar and a handy power block/extension cord. Staff were pleasant.

The balcony double doors could use updating, as they’re not easy to open.
