Quiet place, modern, clean, Cafe in close proximity. Coffee machine in the room.

Rooms are part of a business center, no staff on site. At night the front door got locked, standing at midnight outside without a clue is not a good feeling. The bar next door had a backdoor into the atrium so we could get inside the center and to our room.

Everything was wonderful! Only 10-15 min from German-Swiss border in Konstanz. We are family with 4 adults and 1 kid and we had Appartment 1 on the ground floor with big windows and at the quite side. The appartment was very clean, fresh, stylish and comfortable. The kitchen had everything. Only 1 tea cup was missing, but it was not a problem.

We traveled with my boyfriend and we liked the welcoming and the organization. We didn't have a time for the meeting, but as soon as we call the girl, that we arrived she came. The girl who welcomed us was very nice and polite. She explained the apartment that is small, but has anything you need. (We didn't use the kitchen so I can't say if it was well equipped or not). It's modern and it has a nice little terrace outside. The position is 10/15 minutes by car to Constanz. We spent just one night and I can't say a lot about the area. In general we liked the place. We would come back!

The double bed is: 2 single beds, so there is a space in the middle. But we knew that from the description so we weren't upset.

We loved the convenience this accommodation offers. A guest can park right in front of the doors of the apartment. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable long stay inclusive of a washing machine, a dishwasher or a large fridge with a freezer. It’s beautifully decorated. Great for families on a budget. It’s in a small village near a supermarket. Pristine nature right behind the village. Also the staff (Brazilian lady) was super nice and accommodating.

Great point to sleep when traveling across the country.

We need to call to Check-in and I could not call using my e-sim. That was not a problem since I sent a message and the proprietary reply promptly.

The room was lovely and the check in lady was very helpful. There was .supermarket across the road and a lovely Cafe a little further.

The best apartment in our life. :) spaceous, clean, parking in front of it, very modern and stilish, exept bathroom. :) Could live here whole life. :)

The room is big and suitable for young people. The place is just next to a supermarket, very easy to do shopping. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is quite big. And there is a wash machine and a dryer. It's nice.

There is no shampoo and soup. There is no laundry detergent or washing powder for the wash machine. Since it's in the groud floor and there are plants everywhere, there were 7-8 mosquitoes in the room. It's better to offer some mosquito coils in the room.

Parking at the door to load/unload bags/bikes Clean and neat Modern style Low price for overall quality. Good communication with the owner, very responsive in his messages. Looking like a proper apartment Love the kitchen bar style.

Perhaps the generic Coffee capsules instead of the Nespresso ones could be avoided. It really gives an image :) One capsule per person was perhaps a bit restrictive… well it is not a boutique Airbnb and price was kept to a minimum. Can’t complain. Perhaps mattresses on upper/lower beds too soft?
