Since we were really just there to sleep im not sure about all the amenities but our room was very nice spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. For how packed the hotel was it was very quiet all night long.

The outlet where our microwave was didn’t work so we had to move it to another place in the room with a working outlet, water pressure is very weak but that’s to be expected.

The room & location were excellent The pool was great - everyone really enjoyed it It was quiet - couldn't hear traffic from the hallways, other rooms, or outside Bed & pillows are the best!

There's a Bistro for dining. Didn't see it being used by anyone. It's a nice spot - maybe need to reconsider the presentation? Make it more welcoming? The coffee in the bedroom is terrible.

The room was nice, clean with a very comfortable bed. The pictures online do the hotel no justice.

We could tell the door to the room had previously been damaged. They must have replaced it with a smaller door because there was gap that allowed you to see into the room from the hall and vice versa. My husband hung our suit bag over it to help block the view.

Location was very good. Room was clean. Bathroom light over sink was not bright enough. Lots of rust on bottom of outside shower doors. Need more lighting in room, especially by the wall mirror. Not enough space to hang clothes in the wardrobe. We could hear the people in the room above walking around at night and could hear all the other rooms on either side of us slamming their door. The flashing smoke detector was annoying all night.

I had requested a room with a shower chair and handicapped shower. Your staff had to be creative and use a commode with a dishwashing glass rack to make a seat. It was not comfortable but was better than not having something to sit on and feel safe.

Location was convenient, the building and out room was very clean and the help from staff was excellent.

I know that good help is hard to find, but breakfast could have been a little quicker, but understand it is tough to make food when you are by yourself.

Absolutely everything everything. The cleanest place I've ever stayed in. From the management to all the employees, were all very perfesional, curtious, and all the above that you would want for a vacation. I wish I could've stayed there for a week. Much like having a vacation home stay. I will be back. Thank you to everyone and God bless.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was clean and comfortable.

For the price they charge for the room, it should have included a free breakfast. The breakfast menu options were terrible. Prices to high and I saw nobody eating breakfast during my stay. I'm sorry to say this but we went to McDonald's.

Location Friendliness of the staff

The television sound was horrible. The bed was in an odd position.

Location was very close to Rouff Music Center where our NKOTB concert was.

I didn’t care for there being a hold on our account for incidentals of $20.
