The room was nice and spacious for 5 people. The staff was great. Very clean. The pool was nice and area remained clean. Only take away would be to let the people staying multiple nights know that they have to request for the cleaning people to come take the trash and fill up toiletries and towels cause I thought they would just knock and ask if we need anything we waiting until after 3 and no one ever knocked and cleaning lady left the floor we were on without knocking.

The decor and layout of our room was nice. Plenty of space. The beds were ok, though I expected them to be queen size and not full size beds.

It is by the highway so there was a lot of traffic noise and the building shook a little. Also, the rooms were not very noise proof from inside the building. There were some loud guests in the hallway at 9 at night and thank goodness we had a noise machine or our toddler would’ve woken up. The pillows were terrible… they were fluffy but didn’t keep their shape or have any firmness—would suggest some firm pillows for those with different sleeping needs and don’t like soft pillows. Chose the place because of room size (spacious) and modern decor but not sure I would stay again for the reasons I mentioned.

Stayed here during ArtPrize for my second year. Clean, updated rooms. Pet friendly accommodations for an additional fee and includes cats. Some hotels claim to be pet friendly, but only accept dogs. Decent breakfast. Staff is quick to restock breakfast items that run out. Hotel is close to any store/restaurant you might need and just a 15 minute drive from downtown Grand Rapids.

Property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

Pool is extremely small. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Kids were disappointed because pool was crowded with only 5 people in it. Also, the bathroom doors in the rooms are frosted glass, leaving little privacy as you can still see body outlines through the glass. Made my husband uncomfortable because we stayed with our teenaged daughters. Plus if anyone used the bathroom at night and needed to turn the light on, it lit up the sleeping area.

The breakfast was okay, very simple but still variety. The oatmeal was good. The room was clean and modern, but a bit of a a strange layout with the television not in a convenient location. The bathroom was nice and clean.

A waffle station would have been a nice addition for the breakfast bar. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The lighting was quite dark in the room. The main part of the room had no ceiling lights.

Convenient and close to shopping and restaurants, staff extremely accommodating and friendly! Pool is heated like a hot tub but not so hot you can’t be in it long. I was in the pool with my daughter the whole time and normally I just watch her swim and she begs me to get in but I don’t because it’s cold everywhere else. We came to enjoy a couple days of her spring break since we couldn’t go on a tropical trip. We have decided this is our new place to come for girls weekends!

Absolutely everything!!

We didn't find anything wrong with our stay everything was excellent. Courtney the front desk representative was absolutely amazing. She treated us well our kids absolutely loved her. We came for a concert with our kids and it was the most enjoyable time in a while thank you for such a great stay.

Clean room. Great staff.

I was charged for 2 rooms in my reservation. When the couple we were meeting arrived, they were charged for their room, as well. So, in reality, we paid for 3 rooms instead of 2.. The receptionist said the original charge would be dropped from my charge card. It wasn't. Disappointing.

Clean, stocked, and there were a lot of people there but we couldn't hear anything from our room. Breakfast was amazing as well as the pool facilities.

Front desk lady acted like we were bothering her. Took over 5 minutes for her to come to the front desk and when she did she was on her phone.

The breakfast was delicious! The staff replenished supplies before they ran out, and were very pleasant to guests!! The desk clerk on duty when I checked in was friendly, informative, and professional!

Some of the guests were children who were traveling for a hockey game. Unfortunately, they were not being supervised by their parents. The clerk reminded them they needed to be supervised to use the amenities.
