We checked in late at night for our flight next morning. The staff was so warm and welcoming and promptly showed us to our room. It was a family room that had a common toilet and 2 separate bedrooms, separated by a door. Very lovely room and facilities. They helped us book an airport shuttle and breakfast for the next day as well. Breakfast was great too!

The drain in the tub backed up and was very slow while taking a shower. If this plumbing issue could be fixed and an anti-slip mat is added in the tub for showers, the place would greatly benefit.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff were all lovely. Such a friendly staff group. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cereals, juices, muffins, bacon, sausages, beans. The lovely waitress asked how I would like my eggs, these were cooked to order. Would stay again with pleasure. Thank you all. Little Ming Ming the hotel cat was a welcome little friend too!

It was a little cold for my taste. However, being winter and freezing outside it was probably to be expected. But the warmth of the staff more than made up for that!

We found it really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Salah who answered all our questions, helped us book a transfer, helped us with parking whilst we were away, the driver that took us to the airport was patient as we were running late, and the cleaner caught us before we left as we had left something in the room, the food was lovely, I have already recommended the hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The hotel family room was absolutely beautiful.

It said on the booking.com that the hotel is 14mins walk from the airport, which it isn't. There was no transport to the hotel when we arrived. We took a bus and walk alongside the dark road for 30mins. When we where in the hotel, they organised a transport to the Stansted airport for £18/2 people

It was a great one night stay! However figuring out how to catch the bus to the airport was rather difficult and the staff pointed me to a bus stop where the airport bus didn’t stop, they do provide a shuttle but it was 15 pounds. The facilities were nice and comfortable, and I had a great night of rest before traveling again in the morning! Check in was easy and you could order food if needed for breakfast :)

I appreciated the little Restaurant serving good, honest food in the evening. ( usually until 20-20.30). The first shuttle bus of the day to the airport arrived on the minute at the front door. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One can make hot drinks in the room but the cups / glasses were not clean. Does not look like the hotel gets served by public transport. It‘s a bit of an odd place, but I stay there again.

It was all good except the food portion was tiny! No way would it fill a hungry person.. and when I complained about it I was told smaller portions better taste, but what's wrong with big portions better taste? Also bedroom phone was broken so i didn't get my call alarm in morning so slept in !!! Grrrr

We arrived back at Stansted at an ungodly hour in the morning and were pleased to be able to fall into bed before driving home. For various reasons I had booked parking elsewhere before deciding on this hotel; on another occasion I would use it for parking too.

This isn't really a complaint -- the owners have to offer the services that make financial sense to them -- but the checkout and airport shuttle times were based on all flights leaving and arriving in the middle of the day. We were able to pay for a late checkout (by one hour), which was necessary because of the time our flight got in, but we missed breakfast and the last shuttle to the airport. The hotel decor is a bit tired, but we weren't there long enough for it to matter.

Communication is very poor, tried to contact property before stay through booking app with no reply and also while away had a query so emailed with no reply. On our return to the property they were aware of my query so had received my email but still failed to reply to it

The radiator only had one setting - scalding hot. I couldn't turn it off, and I never sleep with the heating on, far too hot. Noise from people outside as I was facing the car park. I like to have the window open. The planes were quite noisy but I guess that's the closeness to the airport.
