It is not a 5 star hotel and we should not expect the facilities at that level. The room was equipped with electric kettle and others as mentioned in the details of booking. The cleanliness of room was acceptable. it’s perfect for short layovers between flights as the hotel is near of the airport. The man at the reception desk in the time of check out was kind and polite, I forgot to ask his name … Totally this property shouldn’t get this low rate at booking.com and it deserves upper rates in my idea.

The connection of Wifi was not steady that then I find solution for it : )

Restaurant staff they were charming, welcoming, helpful but most understanding, I was late from meeting every day so I will come when they are almost to close but they could still make me my meal

I don't know why there are lot of such negative comments. As a backpacker or budget traveller, it is a very good place to stay. At least the room is clean and comfortable. There is flat tv, air-con, fan and fridge. The location is close to Azaiba bus station, and there are many supermarkets nearby.

I read some comments about smell of smoke in the room, that's true but not that strong in fact, just a bit that I can accept. The toilet is quite old indeed but I can't complaint for this price.

It's conveniently close to the airport - 10 minutes bus ride at the cost of 0.5 riyals, which makes it perfect starting/finishing point of a trip to Oman. The room is spacious, bed comfy, with the best pillows I've seen! Complimentary bottle of water on arrival, hot water and sealing fan (I love those) plus some decent places to eat in the area.

The internet went down for 2 days - and I was stealing from my neighbors (the password is not hard to guess:); there was no towel included, the TV didn't work; during the first night I was eaten alive by mosquitoes (there are holes in the net in the bathroom). It's far away from the old town and the main sights of the city - you need 1.5 hrs and 2 buses to get to the National Museum for example.

The bed is clean and the bathroom is kind of okay . But if you're looking for a clean apartment with a reasonable price . That's was my good choice!

great value for money, close to airport and to the main mosque (somewhat walking distance). great reception. they accept credit card so you don't have to worry about exchanging money before arriving there from airport. also make sure to have them call the cab to the airport which will be much cheaper than metered taxi rate

So convenient for the airport and long distance bus station. Very short walk from the city bus stop Oman LNG_1, just behind the new Istanbul restaurant. Staff exceptionally helpful printing visa forms and boarding passes etc. Fabulous Indian restaurant attached. 24 hour service at the front desk. Parking outside the front door. Comfortable room with all facilities.

The manager was helpful and changed my room because they gave me a room that was not suitable for living.

The furniture is old. The rooms are old. There is no electrical outlet or charger next to the bed.

I especially liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question and called the receptionist, he patiently helped me out. The room was clean too.

The fact that there was nothing in the room to heat food.

The location is excellent. Just walking distance from the Azaiba bus station and very close to the airport. It is located next to the footbridge over the main road, so easy acces by bus from both directions. Clean, nice, hot water, good restaurants nearby and a big supermarket as well. If you want to go to Corniche area, than it is very far.
