Wonderful staff. Always very welcoming. Do a great job fixing things. The TV was broken in the room and they replaced it within ten minutes at night after bringing it to their attention. Wifi was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Room servicing was fast and routine. Things would be clean by the time we came back for a midday break after exploring temples. Good hot water. Pool seemed clean. Fitness center had basics, treadmills, weights. Some other equipment that seemed broken. Good location. About 15 minute walk to pub street. Close to a market, brown coffee, koi the. Breakfast selection is good with an a la carte menu and buffet all included. Some things rotated to keep things fresh day after day. Pretty well stocked until the closing time of the buffet around 10. They even prepared a basic breakfast to go plate on the morning we went to see the sunrise in angkor.

They were a little stingy with replacing the soaps and instant coffee. Fitness center not always air conditioned so you'd have to wait after it turns on for it to cool down. Some of the facilities are a little older. AC could be a little phrenic and hard to predict and seemed to take a break on its own sometimes. There's no curtain just an incomplete piece of glass that separates the shower so the floor can get wet and slippery. Overall the staff was great but my friend got a lot of attitude from the breakfast egg chef when ordering. Only unpleasant interaction.

I really liked the size of the room—it was very spacious and had everything I needed. They provided a dressing gown and slippers, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also quite large, which I appreciated. It had a shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fantastic, and the swimming pool was both large and beautiful, kept spotless by the friendly staff. Overall, the staff were very welcoming and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor inconveniences, such as the cistern not working properly and not flushing the toilet paper after a few days, the shower lacking a shield, which caused some water to spill out, and the fridge not cooling as expected. However, everything else was perfect. We were very satisfied with the service provided by the hotel staff, including the taxi and tuk-tuk drivers who picked us up at the airport and drove us for the tours, as well as the kindness of all the staff and waiters. We were also very pleased with the tours we booked through the hotel, including the staff who organized them. We enjoyed both the small and grand tours, and visiting all the temples was an amazing experience. I’m confident that the hotel will look into these minor issues and address them.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The service was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our special thanks to Mr. Kimsinh, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to help us book a great tour to Angkor Wat and an Apsara Dance show with dinner. Thanks to him we could have front row seats to enjoy the show and the buffet dinner was very good as well! It was a truly pleasant experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

Just to mention something, not that we minded but, they were renovating the building next to our room and therefore there was some noise to hear but we didn't mind it so much in the end.

Great location short walk to river, 15 mins to centre of town and short drive to temples . Staff were all fabulous , and the room interior was spacious and comfortable . We also loved the large pool

Minor but the hotel said the front reconstruction would be from 1st to 31st August so we thought it would be finished by mid October but it still has many months to go.- it’s minor because they have created a nice temporary entrance , the pool is still open and using the restaurant room they are still providing breakfast meals and a bar service-if you are going to be in the room during the day you may want a room towards the back of the hotel (as ours was) as construction is at the front

The hotel restaurant was being renovated during our stay so a smaller entrance had been created, but I expect when the work is complete, the hotel will look beautiful. The over-riding thing about this hotel is its staff. They are all delightful and nothing is too much trouble. They appear genuinely interested in you and how your day was and what you had visited/experienced. Our room was large and comfortable (perhaps a little tired in the bathroom) but that didn’t detract from our wonderful stay. Breakfasts were delicious with a large buffet selection and egg station. The pool was a lovely place to go and relax after a day’s sightseeing and bar staff would bring drinks/snacks to your sun lounger if requested. The spa was also excellent and the massage prices excellent value. Would highly recommend! The hotel was about a 10-15 minute (easy) walk from the hotel to the “Pub Street” area with numerous bars, restaurants and market stalls etc. A fun, lively place for cocktails and dinner - all excellent value. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel - we loved it.

The water never got particularly hot in the shower, but the temperature in April was so hot, that it was probably not necessary and better to cool us down!

Staff were lovely, particularly Hach in the dining room, so sweet and friendly! Our room was large and spacious. Buffet breakfast was incredible, huge selection and great quality. A short walk to town. Tuktuk drivers outside were friendly, and if you said no, they were fine. We did pay $2 for a 'city tour', which was worth it to get our bearings, and we asked to be dropped off at the museum. A tuktuk from town to the hotel we got for $1.

Water in showers was a little strange, smelt like chlorine, and was awful for my hair (I don't usually worry about things like that).

Breakfast was great! Lots of choice. Great coffee! Location is good about 10 minutes walk from the centre so not noisy. Room was great size. Very friendly staff,helpful and efficient. Excellent all round. We've stayed there a couple of times and would definitely stay there again. It feels like Home!

Unfortunately there was some building work going on next door so at times during the day there was some noise,but this is obviously temporary

Hotel is in a great location - about 5 min walk from Pub Street. The hotel upgraded us all to a full suite which was huge with plenty of storage and furniture. Staff were extremely helpful and organised a cake for my birthday and decorated my room. The pool is large and gets plenty of sun.

There is a lot of construction work going on at the front so it was very noisy at times. We should have been told about this, as it did detract from the whole experience, and we would have cancelled and found a better option. Because they are remodelling the front of the hotel there is in effect no real bar (a makeshift arrangement in the breakfast area) although the staff did their best to bring drinks to the pool area. The rooms we had, whilst large, are tired and in particular the bathrooms are in need of an update. Our windows looked out onto the wall of the hotel next door (2m away) so very dark even with curtains open. We had asked for pool / city views but this got lost in the "upgrade".

Our stay at this hotel was possibly the best stay we have had at a hotel. The reason for this, without doubt, is 100% due to the staff at the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make the stay as enjoyable as possible - from the moment we arrived to the day we left. When we arrived we didn't have our luggage and after a long journey it wasn't a great start. The manager of the hotel - Damrong Soriya helped enormously by liaising with the airport and the airline and we eventually got the luggage the following day which was a huge relief. This was just one example of how the staff helped and went out of their way as she was in constant contact with the airport and trying to help track down the luggage and also keeping us informed. Each day we were greeted by the staff in such a genuine manner and nothing was too much trouble. They provided us with suggestions about where and when to go, where to eat, the best ways to get around etc etc. Reservations were made on our behalf, transport was organised etc etc. All the staff were brilliant - from the chambermaids, to the bar staff, to the reception staff to the management - we couldn't fault any of it. Kimsinh on reception was great and I think he was online 24/7 as always seemed to be so 100% responsive and in such a helpful and professional way. The same could also be said for Mrs Judy and all of the other staff to be honest. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition to the above, there were 2 other highlights - one was surrounding a birthday surprise from the hotel when I was presented with a cake and a birthday song from the staff and then, on our last day we had a similar experience when we were each presented with a Cambodian krama. This gift and souvenir is something that we will treasure and wear with pride for many years to come.

The only thing that is stopping me from rating this stay as a truly exceptional stay is the renovation work that was being done on the lobby. I hadn't appreciated the fact that the work was being undertaken during our stay when I made the original booking. When I mentioned the noise to reception, I was advised that the noise from the drills etc was due to take place between 9am and 5pm but, on many mornings, the drilling started at 7am. Whilst the noise was not constant, it was enough of a nuisance to detract from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

Excellent hotel in a great location for pub street and the bars and restaurants etc. Also able to organise trips and transport for getting around the area.

I has previously stayed in this hotel in 2017 and the decor in the rooms is still the same, could do with a little freshen up. Otherwise everything was exactly as expected. Also most important, they do not take AMEX credit cards, which is not a great problem but maybe advise prospective customers of this, in case that get caught out.
