My husband and I loved our stay at Chateau d'Angkor. We were pleasantly surprised by our room, which had a small kitchen with a stovetop & oven, a dining-living area and a separate bedroom with an ensuite. The hotel itself is cosy and offers a great breakfast and evening menu. The location is spot on; apart from all the cafes on your doorstep, you can easily walk to the Night Market and Pub Street in under 15 minutes. I recommend taking one of the TukTuks parked outside when it's too hot or when you need to go further afield. The staff are incredibly friendly and will help you organise any trips you have in mind.

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and amazing. The place was so spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. Fantastic facilities in the room, including the kitchen. Beautiful grounds and lovely pool area with bar service. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods on offer and the fruit was the freshest and most delicious! We did a cooking class which was set up near the pool area which we would highly recommend. It made for a well needed stay-in day after days of busy sightseeing. The location was perfect - just far enough away from the really busy Pub Street but still within walking distance or a 2 min tuk tuk drive. Coffee and food across the road were handy. Did I mention the staff were amazing?!

I just wish we had booked and stayed longer!

We loved this hotel, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Soprang and Srey Mao on the reception desk were exceptional, we would stop to talk every time we passed by and they were so friendly chatty and just lovely, they are a real asset to the hotel. The room is absolutely huge with plenty of room for your clothes and a kitchen area and seating. They have the pool which is a real bonus in the heat and the property is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

It would have been nice if the furniture in the seating area and the balcony were more comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Chateau d'Angkor La Residence. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated Socheata's help in arranging our day and evening trips. The rooms are very spacious, and the property is beautifully maintained. The hotel is in a good location for getting to restaurants and shops.

Immaculately clean, friendly welcoming staff. Good location and lovely pool area with reasonably priced drinks. Not high luxury but very comfortable , breakfast is fine . The rooms are air-conditioned and cool . There are tuk tuk’s just outside the hotel who will take you anywhere you want to go in Siem Reap for $2. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel. We did the hotel arranged tour of the temple complex with a guide and a tuk tuk, it was great. I would definitely recommend arranging a tour through the hotel. It would be a shame to visit the magnificent temples without a guide, as you would miss so much information. Our guide was so knowledgeable , the pace was just right and we loved every moment of it - even in the humid heat . Our taxi to the airport let us down on the very last minute and the staff at the hotel stepped in to provide us with a taxi. Note is a very good market just across the road from the hotel with ethical Cambodian crafts, highly recommended for really nice gifts.

Maybe a bit more variety breakfast, but this is a very minor issue.

The facilities were exceptional! Our two bedroom suite was spacious and it even had a washing machine which was a nice but needed extra. The pool was beautiful and the day before we left we took the Cambodian cooking class pool-side which was a WONDERFUL and memorable experience. ALL the food we had including the breakfast was delicious with some items made-to-order. Tours were arranged by the front desk as well as Apsara dinner show reservations and transport to the airport. Socheata at the reception desk took care of all of our requests. She made our trip special and always with a smile!

This is a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious and gave us everything we needed. The staff were just amazing, all lovely and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was very nice, unfortunately we didnt stay long enough to take full advantage of it. We would have happily stayed longer and would definately stay again if we were back in Siem Reap.

The tv was older so no access to Netflix etc and the lounge furniture not terribly comfortable but we werent really bothered. The size of the suite was what mattered to us, with the separate bedroom. We know that it has been very hard for many hotels in the area to recover after Covid so I doubt that there are the funds for this at the moment. Definately did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

The room was so spacious with great cleanliness and very warm welcoming staff! The facility is truly more valuable than its pricing.

Excellent service, availability and friendliness of staff, spaciousness of units, lovely pool, and one of the best restaurants I found in Siem Reap.

What a lovely haven in Siem Reap. Near enough to things so walking was an option but far enough away from the madness that is Pub Street and the surrounding area. The staff were delightful and went out of their way to help and remember any previous requests. The apartment was spacious although the 60 steps the get there was a good workout. The washing machine was excellent and we used it daily. Clothes dried very quickly on the rack provided. The pool was delightful. Cool enough to be refreshing and well Maintained.

The air conditioning in the sitting area of the apartment was not effective making sitting there uncomfortable. This was a shame as we had hoped to do this. Also the WiFi connection in the apartment was not as robust as elsewhere in the hotel making calls home frustrating.
