Super friendly staff - Morning Star helped with selecting and organising trips plus restaurants, including two days of temple visits (Rom my tuk tuk driver was safe and provided regular free cold water). Hotel in excellent, central location, near to all amenities, including the National Museum (well worth a visit). Well stocked supermarket (Angkor Market) 5 mins walk. Room large, airy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection, good hot tea, but I’m a vegetarian so unsure for those that are not!

No major dislikes but if I were to “Nit pick” the bread at breakfast could be fresher

The location of the hotel is excellent. In close walking distance to the main attractions but not in the middle of the busyness. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is lovely with a good food and drinks menu. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to assist with anything and everything. A special shout out to Morning Star one of the reception staff who was outstanding in providing excellent customer service and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was amazing! Morning Star was very helpful in organizing our tours. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter was sick and the hotel provided a fantastic doctor and the manager extended our check out time for a reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable! After long tours in the heat, resting and recovering was difficult. I requested softer pillows and they immediately provided them.

Fantastic location a few minutes $1 in a tuktuk or around a 10 minute slow walk to pubstreet, the old market and the night market.Just around the corner of the royal gardens and then onto the river. If food is a problem KFC and Burger King are also just a 7 minute walk away and they also deliver for free (food panda) hotel lovely and clean staff are super friendly.

It is very dated all old brown furniture. The beds are rock hard and only get 1 pillow. The food is not for the western people breakfast was a mix of Asian food but you could have toast and has an egg station. The pool area is very small but well kept. The balcony is tiny you only get 1 chair and a small table. We used the vanity stool outside too so we could both have a cuppa in morning. Bathroom/shower has huge window so you can see straight into the bedroom while on toilet or in shower has a blind but it kept coming up.

Friendly staff and a great location close to the centre with access to eating places. They also have a good restaurant if a little overpriced. Excellent buffet breakfast with helpful staff (Ly Rathana, Srey Alath, Srey Lin, Bun Lay). Large comfortable rooms.

Elevator / lift goes only up to third floor with fourth floor rooms accessible by steps from third floor.

The staffs make a big difference. Especially Mr Sengsokron, he went beyond our expectation in helping us get the driver we need, and took his time in working with my husband to book the tours that meet our budget. Thank you Sengsokron. I am in the hospitality service industry with one of the well known hotel in the world (I can't mention the name) but you would put some of our front desk managers to shame. Btw, Mr Sengsokron found us a tuk tuk driver and his name is Sotea, and he was also awesome in his patience with us, especially when we went to the same place twice and waited for us. Also friendly, courteous housekeeping staffs, the girls worked very hard. The breakfast buffet is great, has every thing we need, including the omelet and nood stations. We loved that. For lunch and dinner, foods are pretty good and price is reasonable compare to other place Thank you.

A suggestion, the restaurant would be more inviting and more guests would maybe eat there if the restaurant has air con turns on or at least the fan running. The door of the restaurant should be opens then guests would know that restaurant is open or post the hours of operation, as we found out that restaurant is open, but the light was not turn on, door was closed. Management should consider turn on the ac or fan, if not, at least open the door to have air circulate as the restaurant was so stuffy. Other than that everything else is great.

The property provide a wonderful breakfast with variety of food items and rooms are clean feels like home. This hotel situated in central area, every point of city area is very easy to excess by local transports.

There was no things I could remember about dissatisfactory about the property. The hotel arranged everything so well so far as their current position and strength.

We were really impressed at the value for money. The food at the restaurant is tastey and affordable with Spaghetti that our boy loves. The pool and jacuzzi are of a good size. The hotel also assisted us with booking an Angkor Wat tour.

Not much to say here. The service was generally pretty good. The staff need reminding sometimes about requests, however, for the price nothing to complain about really. We will return in future

Huge space, comfortable room and bed, and breakfast is ok,

I would like to say things that I didn't really like the breakfast after 9:30 am the food almost run out and the staffs are not refilled it, every day I have been staying, and the block difficult to charge the phone.

The room was very large with lots of space, the bed was super comfy and it was located very close to many restaurants, including that of Pub street which has heaps of restaurants and bars (it was a less than 10 minute walk away). Additionally, the pool was superb, though a little cold, it was very nice to cool down in as the temperature was very hot every day we stayed.

Nothing
