The staff at the hotel are very lovely and welcoming. They were so helpful in organising transport to and from the airport. The location is really convenient for getting into the main tourist areas, about 10min walk to pub street. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was abundant and good.

It is starting to look a little old now here and there in the rooms but otherwise nothing major that is negative.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. We booked some tours last minute with them and we were able to arrange custom tours. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location very central.

It would have been great to have the pool just a little warmer (we visited in January) but probably other times when it gets hotter the current temperature is better. Either way, I swam twice in the pool while we were there.

Nothing to complain about

The J7 is a phenomenal hotel in Siem Reap! It is very close to everything to include the temples, Pub Street, restaurants, bars, etc. It is well appointed, classy, spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely quiet. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating! We love it here and will definitely return.

We can’t think of a thing to say here…. Everything is absolutely perfect and we travel all over the world so have much to compare to.

Every member of staff treated us like family. Our room was superb and the help we received was next level with bookings, accessing cash, meals and room service. This was a last minute trip after a challenging year. Exceeded expectations. We are hoping to visit again in the not too distant future.

The facility was nice, close to the park and shopping centre so we were able to go across for dinner and breakfast sometimes. Wifi worked well

No charging plug close to the other side of the bed - the house keepers always came late to make up the rooms (around 16h00) to be specific and we were hoping to find them cleaned after long days of activities

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We appreciated an early check in and late check out. The pool was lovely and the poolside bar staff made the best Pina coladas and mango smoothies. The bed was very comfortable. An excellent choice

The value this resort offers is exceptional. All the staff was super attentive and the facilities and amenities were amazing. For the price, it was worth every penny. We were booked and busy visiting temples and the city, but if I were to visit again I'd make sure to spend more time relaxing in the hotel, because it was so nice and well kept. Recommended 10/10
