Staff very friendly and helpful. Very modern, comfortable beds,good aircon. Great bar and swimming pool on roof.. everybody genuinely friendly and f helpful. Go above and beyond to help you.

I've stayed there few times before. Usually 10/10 for everything... amazing place. But at moment low season so doing some building and renovation to rooms. So loud and some areas closed. This is not a complaint because the work has to be done before the beginning of the high season. Will be finished by October I'm guessing. When you check in, the staff will tell you about this. Not a big deal for me though.!!

What a wonderful hostel! Spacious and comfy beds and rooms, big lockers, big and clean bathrooms. Fantastic communal spaces and a very impressive lobby! The staff was helpful, they offer a good laundry service and tours. The rooftop and pool were wonderful, very comfy to sit for work or leisure. The hostel is in the French Quarter, it's very elegant and walking distance from everything. Great value for money - and good WiFi for work!

I wish the pool closed a little later. The staff at first didn't make it easy to change the dates of my stay, as per my flexible booking. I had to exchange a few messages and contact Booking.com. They did eventually and were helpful, not sure if Booking intervened but the terms should be clearer on the booking page

Probably one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap, but in a more trendy hostel/hotel place rather than a traditional and expensive hotel. Everything is very new and very nice. It's a short walk or TukTuk ride to the busy part of town near Pub Street and the Old Market. I highly recommend you do the cooking classes and ATV tours while in town too but you might have to organise them yourself.

I tried to organise trips through the hotel in advance of my arrival but they were very useless and I ended up booking 4 different things through GYG so they missed a trick there. The staff weren't as super nice as usual in Cambodia but I think they were just sick of seeing tourists by the end of their busy season. The rooftop bar/restaurant is quite expensive for Cambodia too, they're definitely going for the bougie approach here. Other than that, it's still a great place to stay.

The location and how easy it was to get around from there. Very stylish, a real WOW when you arrive. The staff were on hand if I needed any assistance. The laundry service was a fast turnaround and was delivered to my room. Lots of places to eat or grab coffee if you don’t want to stay inhouse at the bar restaurant. I will recommend and would book again.

The womens bathroom on the 1st floor was very hot/humid. Like no air at times. Also, so many mosquitos in the bathroom and rooms not sure how you can change that. Last thing, pool area is great but the pool seemed very murky.

Unreal hotel/hostel!! We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every part of it, the pool is stunning, restaurant on the roof has good food and you can watch sunset from the roof. We had a private room and it was all we could need, really modern and comfortable. The dorms also looked great too! The rooms were cleaned great daily, staff were super helpful with things like early check in and allowing us to shower before check in from our sleeper bus etc. location was great with walking distance to all restaurants and bars just couldn’t recommend anymore!

We loved everything

The hotel feels massive and although it is also a hostel, I almost never heard another person in the hallway or lobby. It’s an incredibly modern space. The room was very large and came with all kinds of amenities including, a decent sized robe with a Cambodian print. The tv is massive and feels brand new, it allows you to connect to all the streaming platforms. The bed was large and very comfortable. The roof was great! They have a ton of food and drink options and there was live music my last night there. The best part is that you don’t hear any of this from your room.

The staff felt very young. They were sweet but not very helpful. The pool is great to have since the heat can be unbearable but the water is warm, never cold.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and honestly, I was a bit nervous when making the booking — I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I arrived by tuk-tuk and saw the building, I thought there must have been a mistake — it looked absolutely stunning! Inside, everything was spotless: marble floors and staircases, clean rooms with fresh white linens, and tidy bathrooms. On the rooftop, there’s a beautiful pool with a bar and music — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vibe. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and even the laundry service was great — neatly washed and packed. Highly recommend — 11 out of 10!

Amazing value for the hotel! It is very modern, gigantic and the feel is just right amount of fun, young and elegance! Great staff too. Facilities were really clean and spacious, rooms very comfortable and quiet. You can book activities directly there for the fishing village and all the temples. Location is great if you are looking to stay near Pub street! There is a pool and bar upstairs as well if you are looking to relax for a few hours before going out. Again, this is a no brainer. If you are looking for a very affordable room for a very good price and ambiance, this is the place! Thank you!

Great stay with great facilities. The beds are very comfortable with lots of storage space. Well located and easy to walk to restaurants and activities or get a grab for longer trips. The rooftop bar and pool are nice for relaxing. I ended up extending my stay here because I enjoyed it so much

Showers didn’t get very hot even after running for a long time. Key card to room stopped working multiple times but staff were able to resolve this each time. Booked sunrise temple tour through the hostel which was good but staff didn’t mention that I would need to bring long pants and told me it would leave at 4am but didn’t end up leaving until 4:50am so was waiting in the lobby for over an hour

The interior design of the building is really nice. A bit unique, especially the pool area where the seats are submerged in water. The rooftop pool size was reasonable. I enjoyed it a lot. Nice sunset view. Don't miss it! There is a lift. Location is good if you prefer not to be in the real center. This is close to the river and you can see lots of trees and plants. Pillows were really soft the room has a phone that worked. The band on the bar was great!

The doors make so much noise. I booked a twin room. I thought it was like a hotel room but it wasn't. Set breakfast costs usd7. It was about 15 minute walk to the pub street. Pool closes at 7 pm, which is too early. shared bath only had one hook
