We simply loved everything! The hotel is beautifully located providing a breathtaking view on the rising balloons during sunrise. The accomodation itself is beautifully furnished with a lot of details, very clean and chic. The hospitality Oscar and his team provided made us really feel home away from home. Always very friendly and supportive with our inquiries. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back soon 🌞☺️

Jacob’s Cave Suites is a beautifully designed property in Cappadocia, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The cave rooms are clean, cozy, and perfectly located – we even woke up to hot air balloons floating all around us, which felt surreal! What made our stay unforgettable was the warm hospitality, especially from Ismail. He went above and beyond by helping plan a surprise birthday celebration for my husband at Seyyah Han – from the ambiance to the cake, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was another highlight – we loved the cheese platter and special sauces, specially recommended by Ismail and prepared by the chef with a home-style touch. It wasn’t just a stay – it was a truly heartfelt experience. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, authenticity, and genuine hospitality in Cappadocia.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the terrace – while the views are lovely, the sofa and diwan could be refreshed or better maintained to enhance the overall vibe.

Everything was amazing. I can give you only 10 point! But for Oscar I promised 11! He was amazing too. From the first step( after booking) till the last day we were absolutley satisfied with everything. Ismail the best manager with I ever met. We kept the contact in whatsup. He helped us to reserve all the programs what we would like to do in Cappadocia! Not just with the hotel things. Ballons, red/greentour,hamam massage,transfer from the airport! Everything he immediatly helped and answered to me. The hotel wiev was amazing too. From the room You can see the ballons every day. Thanks guys and see you soon! You are the best!

We really enjoyed our two night stay in Jacobs' cave suites. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was excellent with our own turkish bath area. Nice terrace with a seating area perfect for photos. Great view of balloons. Amazing spread for breakfast with great attention to detail.

The only negative thing is that the location is a taxi ride outside of main area to shops, restaurants, etc.. However, the distance is short and taxis are cheap enough so it's not a problem.

The cave suite itself was absolutely breathtaking—beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with authentic charm. Waking up in a real cave with modern comforts was an experience like no other. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to Cappadocia’s stunning landscapes and attractions. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the breakfast—without a doubt, the best we had in Turkey! Every morning, we were treated to a generous spread of fresh, local ingredients, from delicious cheeses and olives to homemade jams, warm bread, and perfectly brewed Turkish tea. The variety and quality were outstanding, making every breakfast a memorable experience. Jacob’s Cave Suites made our Cappadocia trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. If you're looking for a unique, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay- with an incredible breakfast- this is it!

Hotel staff: Everyone is friendly, polite, and welcoming. The receptionists speak English very well and are happy to assist with any questions you may have. Breakfast and bar location: I love Turkish breakfasts, so I really enjoyed it. However, it’s important to note that this is not a buffet but a traditional Turkish breakfast with a variety of appetizers and an option to choose how the eggs are prepared for you. I really appreciated that the tea, coffee, and dessert station is open 24/7 and included in the accommodation price. Room: The room has everything you need (I would only add a bathrobe), including a small hammam in the bathroom and a private terrace with a beautiful view of the hot air balloons in the morning. It’s very well heated, and the rooms are cleaned daily.

Only one thing disrupted a fully relaxing stay – the ceiling in the bathroom. The hotel's design resembles a cave, and the ceiling is made of a material that constantly crumbles. In our case, chunks of it fell directly onto the floor. It was uncomfortable to be in the bathroom because something could potentially fall on you and the floor was consistently dirty.. The hotel staff explained that this is a characteristic of the natural material. However, I believe that the bathroom ceiling requires reconstruction and should be replaced with moisture-resistant materials suitable for use in a bathroom, especially since the hotel offers its own hammam.

The room, a honeymoon suite, was very spacious and with a view of departing hot air balloons in early morning. Especially the cave design was inspiring and giving you a feeling of being in the fairy chimneys. The "serpme" breakfast was excellent to start the day. Ismail and Ozcan were extremely helpful and kind to our group, very grateful for their service, and for the guidance we needed for our activities. They have successfully arranged all our tours and transport needs. Highly recommended.

We had the most beautiful experience staying at Jacob’s cave suites! We arrived as guests and we are leaving as family! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took care of us as they would with their own family. I came to celebrate my birthday, the manager took time out of his busy schedule to book an amazing restaurant and even gifted me with a birthday cake as part of my celebrations. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this magical place to family and friends back in London 🥰

Stay at Jacob's creek was a mesmerising experience. Location was simply perfect !! Room was quaint & cozy. Breakfast was delightful and so so fresh & truly organic. Goreme & specially Jacob's cave is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the Hot Air balloon experience. Do go for ATV ride & also if you enjoy Arts, please do a go for a Turkish Mosaic Lamp making workshop at "Highlights in Cappadocia workshops". If you want to enjoy some good Pasta, please do go to Mak's Pasta in Uchisar, Cappadocia. The girls will indulge you in a creamy, cheesy & delightful pasta experience.

The only disappointment was no restaurants in the property although they arrange for food from nearby restaurants.

Our stay at Jacob's Cave Suites was absolutely unforgettable! There were so many things we loved about the property. Oscar at the front desk was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to help us arrange a Hammam experience and organize our tours. The service staff were fantastic, and the adorable cats outside our suite were an unexpected delight—we had so much fun playing with them! Forgot to mention - The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Our time in Cappadocia will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and if we ever return, Jacob's Cave Suites will definitely be our first choice.
